図において、１はスパツタ除去金具、２は止め
ネジ、３はモータ、４，５は軸受、６はモータ取
付金、７はカバー、８はノズル、９はスパツタ、
１０はスパツタ受ケ皿、１０ａは穴、１０ｂはニ
ツプル、１１は真空掃除機、１２はホース、１３
はネジである。なお、各図中、同一符号は同一又
は相当部分を示す。

去金具の外周部を囲む様に前記スパツタ除去金具
にて削り落とされたスパツタが飛散しない様に受
ける為のスパツタ受ケ皿を配備することを特徴と
するノズルクリーナー。 (2) 前記ノズルクリーナーにおいてスパツタ受
ケ皿の底部に集収されたスパツタをスパツタ受ケ
皿の外部に排出する為の穴を設けると共に前記穴
と同軸位置でスパツタ受ケ皿の外周部に中空のニ
ツプルを配備し、前記ニツプルに真空掃除機と連
結するホースを接続することによりスパツタ受ケ
皿に収集されたスパツタをホースを介し真空掃除
機により自動的に収集される様にしたことを特徴
