Claims (1)
- 真空ポンプのケーシングの側壁内にスパイラル
状の冷却水路溝を形成するとともに、同冷却水路
溝の冷却水入口を上記ケーシングの側壁下部外面
に、同冷却水路溝の冷却水出口を上記ケーシング
の側壁上部外面に、それぞれ設けたことを特徴と
する真空ポンプの冷却装置。
