Description

【発明の詳細な説明】 〔産業上の利用分野〕 本発明は一段圧縮のオイルフリースクリユー圧
縮機本体と、この圧縮機駆動用の増速機との結合
体からなるオイルフリースクリユー圧縮機結合体
に関する。 〔従来の技術〕 オイルフリースクリユー圧縮機本体とその駆動
用の増速機の結合体に関するものとして、特公昭
45−3869公報がある。この従来装置は、伝動ケー
シングに、主軸ハウジング、2個のフランジ部を
備え、主軸ハウジング内には間隔をおいて配置さ
れた軸受に支持された主軸が納められフランジ部
には、スクリユー圧縮機がフランジ結合されてい
る。また、油ポンプは、主軸の右端にギヤを介し
て連結されている。 〔発明が解決しようとする問題点〕 しかし、上記従来の装置は、油ポンプの駆動用
動力伝達のためのギヤが伝動ハウジングの外に配
置されており、このギヤに給油するための給油
路、油を回収するための経路を別個に設置する必
要がある。 本発明の目的は、油ポンプの駆動用動力を伝達
するためのギヤからの油回収経路を特別に設置し
なくてもよいスクリユー圧縮機結合体を提供する
ことである。 〔問題点を解決するための手段および作用〕 圧縮機本体を増速機の上部に取付け、増速機の
圧縮機本体より下の部分を圧縮機側へ出つぱらせ
ることによつてこの結合体の安定性を増し、この
増速機の広くなつた部分には圧縮機本体を駆動す
るギヤの主軸の端部にオイルポンプを駆動する減
速歯車を納め、さらに増速機の最下部を油タンク
として用いることにより、油の回収経路を特に設
置する必要がなくかつ省スペースで安定性のある
圧縮機本体と増速機との結合体を実現することが
できる。 〔実施例〕 以下本発明の一実施例を第1図および第2図に
より説明する。 増速機1の最上部には1つのオイルフリースク
リユー圧縮機本体22が、そのインロー部12お
よびフランジ13を使用して、増速機1にフラン
ジ止めされ、フランジ止めされた状態で圧縮機本
22のおすロータ2、めすロータ3および増速
機の主軸4は平行軸となり、おすロータ2の一端
な取付けられるピニオン5は主軸4に取付けられ
たギヤ6とかみあう、増速機1の主軸4は図示し
ていない軸受によつて回転自在に支承されてお
り、その一端には歯車7が取付けられ、この歯車
とかみあう歯車8とで主軸4の回転を減速して、
オイルポンプ9を駆動する。また主軸4の他端に
はVプーリ10が取付けられ、ベルト11、Vプ
ーリ12を介してモータ13に接続している。 増速機1の下部は圧縮機本体22の下側に突出
しており、この突出した空間14に前記の減速歯
車7,8が納められている。また増速機1の最下
部は油タンク15となつている。 おすロータ2とめすロータ3は噛合状態にてケ
ーシングに収納されている。ケーシングは吸込ケ
ーシング14、吐出ケーシング15およびエンド
カバー16よりなり、ロータ軸2S,3Sおよび
2d,3dはケーシングの軸貫通部に配設した軸
シール材17に挿入されており、ラジアル軸受1
8およびスラスト軸受19により支承されてい
る。両ロータの吐出側の端部には1対のタイミン
グギヤ20,21が噛合状態で装着され、両ロー
タが非接触で回転するように配置されている。 圧縮機22はモータ13によりVフーリ12、
ベルト11、Vプーリ10、ギヤ6およびピニオ
ン5を介して駆動される。またギヤ6の主軸4の
端に取付けられた歯車7,8によつてオイルポン
プ9が減速駆動され、増速機1の下部に貯留され
ている潤滑油15は導油管23a,23bおよび
オイルクーラ24、導油管23cを介して圧縮機
22の軸受、タイミングギヤに給油される。また
ピニオン5、ギヤ6やその他の必要箇所に給油さ
れる。ピニオン5、ギヤ6に供給された油は、ギ
ヤ7,8に飛散し、これらを潤滑したのち下方に
溜まる。 圧縮機22が駆動されると外部空気はサクシヨ
ンアンローダ25を経て圧縮機に吸入され、圧
縮、吐出される。この吐出空気は導圧管26aを
介してプレクーラ27によつて予冷され、その後
導圧管26b、逆止弁28を介してアフタークー
ラ29で冷却されてユニツト外に導かれ、種々の
用途に供される。 〔発明の効果〕 以上のように本発明によれば、1つのオイルフ
リースクリユー圧縮機本体を増速機の上部に配置
し、圧縮機本体の下の増速機部を圧縮機の側に突
出させ、その突出させた空間にオイルポンプ駆動
用の減速歯車を納め、さらに増速機の最下部を油
タンクとして用いたので、減速歯車からの油を回
収する経路が不要である上圧縮機本体と増速機と
の結合体の安定性が良く、かつ省スペースを達成
するスクリユー圧縮機結合体を提供できる。
