(産業上の利用分野)
本考案は、高周波コンバーターに於けるIC基

(従来の技術)
近時、ラジオ、テレビ、ビデオ等の通信機器或
はパソコン等の所謂OA機器には高周波伝送シス

には高周波用コンバーターが組み込まれることは
当然であるが、斯かる高周波専用コンバーター
は、一般に高周波用IC等の電子部品を実装した
プリント基板が導電性の金属製カバー部材で覆わ
れ外部からのノイズの影響を遮断するようになさ
れると共に、該カバー部材に高周波の入出力用接
続端子(一般には、各種接栓座或はジヤツクと称

(考案が解決しようとする問題点)
ところで、上記カバー部材は、金属板を所望形
状(展開状)に打ち抜き加工し、これを折り曲げ
適宜小さな箱型に組立てて前記プリント基板上に
該基板を覆うよう装着されるものであるが、組立
の際コーナーの突合せ部或は端子装着部位等の小
隙からのノイズの侵入或は漏れを防止する為、ハ
ンダ或はかしめ等によりその小隙の封止がなされ
る。このような組立・封止作業は精密さと高度の
技倆を要し且つ極めて煩わしいものであり、作業
者の精神的負担を大きくするとともに製造コスト

簡略化及びコストの低減化を図らんとするもので

上記目的を達成する為の本考案の構成を添付の
実施例図に基づき説明するに、第1図は本考案カ
バー部材が採用された高周波コンバーターの一実
施例を示す平面図、第2図は第1図の−線縦
断面図である。即ち、本考案の高周波コンバータ
ー用カバー部材は、高周波用電子部品11,12
…等を実装したプリント基板1の外周を覆うカバ
ー部材2であつて、該カバー部材2が、入出力用
接続端子を有し、体積固有抵抗値10-3〜100Ω・
cm、500MHzに於けるシールド効果が電界で30dB
以上、磁界で25dB以上である導電性合成樹脂に
より入出力用接続端子21,22…等も含んで一

導電性外被と上記筒状部210,220とが夫々
電気的に導通状態とされる。一方接続端子23は
フオノジヤツクと称されるものであり、ビデオ用

く採用される。斯かるカバー部材2の電気的必要
特性は、JIS K−6911に準拠して求められる体積
固有抵抗値が10-3〜100Ω・cm、シールド効果
(500MHz)が電界で30dB以上、磁界で25dB以上
であり、この必要特性を具備するよう上記導電性
フイラーの選定及び合成樹脂との配合割合の適正
化がなされる。この場合、体積固有抵抗値を
10-3Ω・cmより小さくしても必要な導電性能及び
シールド効果に大差がなく、一方100Ω・cmより
大きい場合は所望の導電性能及びシールド効果が
得られなくなる。又、電界シールド効果及び磁界
シールド効果が夫々30dB未満及び25dB未満の場

有し、高周波関連器材の正常な機能を保証すると
共に、極めて簡易且つ安価に製することが出来る
ものである。特に、従来の如く打ち抜き加工して
得た金属板を組立てる場合には、コーナーの突合
せ部或は端子装着部等の小隙を封止する為に細心
の注意と高度の技倆を要したが、本考案のカバー
部材を用いるとこのような組立・封止作業は必要
とされず、製造者の精神的負担が著減されると共
にこれらが製造コストの低減化を促し安価な供給
が約束される。更に、カバー部材を構成する導電
性合成樹脂の体積固有抵抗値及びシールド効果が
上記の如く特定されているので、ノイズ遮蔽効果
が確実に保証され、特にビデオ装置用コンバータ
