Abstract

PURPOSE:To easily point out a fault occurrence position in the fault analysis of an information transmitter by storing data added with its occurrence time to status change data in the occurrence of the status change data in a slave station and sending the status change data with time to a master station. CONSTITUTION:A file memory M2 storing the status change data added with time T is provided to the master station 2 and the slave station 1. Thus, if any status change takes place, the accurate occurrence time is recognized by both telecontrollers (remote monitor controllers) 1, 2 and the file M2 stored in its own station is compared with the file M2 stored in the opposite station to make the correlation of the transmission data clear and a fault location is easily pointed out in a fault such as mis-display relating to the telecontrol system.

The present invention is a system for transmitting status change data from a remote monitoring and control device (hereinafter also referred to as a slave station) on a controlled center side (hereinafter also referred to as a "telecore") to a telecontroller on the control center side (hereinafter also referred to as a "main station"). This invention relates to a history management method for condition change data. In the following figures, the same reference numerals indicate the same or corresponding parts.

An example of the system configuration of this type of teleconverter is shown in FIG. The controlled center side telecontroller (slave station) 2 is connected to the control center side telecontroller (main station) 2 by a transmission path. The slave station 1 receives display data indicating a lighting state or a lights-out state from an external device 3, which is a target device that it monitors or controls, via a digital input terminal Di, and also receives display data from an analog input terminal A.
Measurement data is input via +. Then, the slave station 1 transmits status change data indicating a change in status of the display data such as blinking or blinking, and status change data indicating a status change indicating whether or not the measurement data has changed by a predetermined value or more. It is transmitted to the main station 2 via the road. FIG. 4 shows an example of the configuration of the storage file memory M1 that stores such status change data in the slave station 1. Conventionally, when a change occurs in transmission data (display/measurement data), the slave station 1 transmits the status change data D to the main station 2, and the slave station 1 stores only the latest status change data. Furthermore, even if the history of condition change data D was saved, it was only saved in the order of occurrence as shown in FIG. 4, but not up to the time of occurrence.

However, in the above-mentioned method, it is not the time when the status change occurred in the main station 2 (or the time when the status change data was received).
I only knew the time on my side, and if a transmission error occurred, there would be no history left anywhere. Furthermore, slave station 1 did not know the exact time when the change in condition occurred, but only the order in which the change in condition occurred. As a result, trouble analysis requires extra effort and cost. Therefore, an object of the present invention is to provide a history management method that allows status change data to be saved with the time of occurrence on the main station side and the slave station side, thereby making it possible to compare the data stored in the master station and slave stations. This makes it possible to clarify the correlation of transmitted data, and to easily point out the location of a failure in failure analysis such as erroneous display that often occurs in information transmission devices.

[Means for Solving the Problems] In order to solve the above-mentioned problems, the method of the present invention is such that a remote monitoring and control device (such as 1, hereinafter referred to as a slave station) set on the side of a controlled station monitors its own station. , state change data (D, etc.) indicating the presence or absence of changes in display data, measurement data, etc. input from external equipment (3, etc.) as controlled equipment is sent to the control center via a transmission path (L, etc.). In a remote monitoring and control system that transmits data to an installed remote monitoring and control device (2, etc., hereinafter referred to as the main station), when the condition change data occurs, the slave station adds the occurrence time (T, etc.) to this condition change data. ) is sequentially stored (in the state change data storage file memory M2, etc.) each time it occurs, and the state change data with time is sent to the main station, and the main station performs the following operations. The status change data with the received time shall be stored sequentially each time it is received. [Operation] This invention allows the control center side and controlled station side telecontrollers to store the status change data with the time of occurrence. By making it possible to save the data with a tag, it is possible to easily analyze the failure when a failure related to the teleconverter system occurs.

FIG. 2 is a system configuration diagram as an embodiment of the present invention, and corresponds to FIG. 3. In FIG. 2, by connecting a clock device 4 to the slave station 1, when a change in condition occurs, the occurrence time T can be read from the clock device 4 and added to the change in condition data D. . FIG. 1 shows an example of the configuration of a file memory M2 for storing state change data D with time T added thereto. By having saved files like the one shown in the figure on the main station 2 side and the slave station 1 side, when a change in status occurs, the exact time of occurrence can be confirmed on both telecontrollers 1.2.
By comparing the saved file M2 of the own station with the saved file M2 of the other station, the correlation of the transmitted data can be clarified. ,
The location of the failure can be easily pointed out. Further, in FIG. 2, the clock device 4 may be placed inside the slave station 1.

According to this invention, when a change in state occurs in the transmission data sent to the control center side telecontroller, the content of the occurrence (state change data) is saved with the time of occurrence in the control center side and controlled center side telecontrollers. Therefore, when a failure related to the teleconverter system occurs, the correlation of the transmitted data becomes clear, which is useful for failure analysis such as pointing out the location of the failure.
