の継手が差し込まれる円筒部30を中央に備えた円板状
のものであって、複数箇所に切欠部を有している。そし
て、この内刃基台3には図示例において、外周側に3個
、内周側に3個の総計6個の内刃2b、2aが取り付け
られるのであるが、これら内刃2a、2bは、これらを
外刃1(IllIに向けて付勢する押し上げばね22と
共に、−枚の金属板からの打ち抜きと曲げ加工とによっ
て一体に形成されており、そして内周側の内刃2aと外
周側の内刃2bとが内刃基台3の周方向においてほぼ半

度のずれしか生じないものであり、外刃1との間に隙間
が生じることがなく、従って切れ味が悪くなるというこ
とがないものである。 また、各内刃2a、2bの刃先は、第4図に示すように
