射し該基準セルで吸収された赤外線を検出して測
定ガス中の被測定成分を分析する赤外線分析計に
おいて、パルス光源から発せられた赤外線のうち
特定波長の光だけを透過するフイルタと、回転す
るセクタの位置を検出してセクタ位置検出信号を
出力する位置検出器と、内部に標準ガスが封入さ
れた基準セルと、内部に測定ガスが満たされる比
較セルと、前記基準セルと測定セルを透過した赤
外線を受けて該光量に対応した検出信号を出力す
る焦電センサーと、前記位置検出器からのセクタ
位置検出信号と焦電センサーからの前記検出信号
を受けて前記基準セルを透過したパルス状赤外線
の光量と比較セルを透過したパルス状赤外線の光
量を分離し所定の演算を施して前記測定ガスに含
まれる被測定成分ガス濃度を算出し測定信号とし
て出力すると共に前記セクタ位置検出信号と前記
基準セルを透過したパルス状赤外線の光量からパ
ルス電源制御信号を算出して前記パルス光源を点
灯させるパルス電源に送出するコントローラとを
