【特許請求の範囲】 1)少なくとも底面部に防音用緩衝部材を備える側溝蓋
の成形方法において、 その側溝蓋の表面部および底面部が垂直方向に成形され
るように成形枠を形成するとともに、同成形枠を構成す
る成形板にあつて、少なくとも前記側溝蓋の底面部を成
形する成形板に取り付け凹部を形成し、 また、前記緩衝部材の一面には前記取り付け凹部にちよ
うど嵌まる取り付け凸部を形成し、よつて、これら両凹
凸部の嵌め込みにより、前記緩衝部材を前記成形板の板
面に取り付け固定し、その後、前記成形枠によつて形成
される成形室内に、前記緩衝部材の一部を埋設するよう
にコンクリートを流し込み、同コンクリートが硬化した
ところで前記緩衝部材とともに脱型するコンクリート側
溝蓋の成形方法。 2)少なくとも底面部に防音用緩衝部材を備える側溝蓋
の成形型枠において、 その側溝蓋の表面部および底面部が垂直方向に成形され
るように成形枠を形成するとともに、同成形枠を構成す
る成形板にあつて、少なくとも前記側溝蓋の底面部を成
形する成形板に、前記緩衝部材の一面に形成した取り付
け凸部がちようど嵌まり、同部材を前記成形板の板面に
取り付け固定できる、取り付け凹部を形成してなるコン
クリート側溝蓋の成形型枠。 3)前記成形枠は成形する側溝蓋の厚さ方向に多数重ね
合うように一連に形成されており、前後の可動板の移動
に連動して相互に間隔を広げるようにして型開きされ、
かつ、これらの成形枠は、底部成形板と同底部成形板の
両側にて軸支されて立つ左右の側部成形板と、前記底部
成形板に固着され各成形室相互間を仕切るように立つ仕
