Claims (1)
表皮材を裁断縫製したシートカバー１とその内部
で一体発泡されたポリウレタン発泡体２とからな
る表皮一体発泡シートであつて、縫合部５のバツ
キング層４には液不透過性被膜６が形成されてお
り、その他のバツキング層４には含浸硬化層７が
形成されていることを特徴とする表皮一体発泡シ
ート。 This is an integrally foamed skin sheet consisting of a seat cover 1 which is made by cutting and sewing a skin material in which a breathable skin material 3 and a buckling layer 4 are laminated, and a polyurethane foam 2 that is integrally foamed inside the seat cover 1.
