Claims (1)

後端が常に安全カバーをカツターから離れる方向
へ付勢するスプリングを用いて機枠に連結され、
切断のためカツターが作動するとき、アームが前
記当接部材から離れて安全カバーがスプリングの
力で上方へ回動され、カツターが待機の状態に復
帰するとき、アームでこの当接部材が押されて安
全カバーが下方へ回動され、この安全カバーでカ
ツターを上から覆うようになされたことを特徴と
