Abstract

PURPOSE:To reduce the load of an examinee by easily taking the tomographic image of an arbitrary cross section by providing an inclination imparting means for inclining a top plate. CONSTITUTION:In order to incline a top plate 3 within the flat vertical plane containing the body axis O of the examinee P placed on the top plate 3, the oil pressure applied to a hydraulic cylinder 8 is made constant and the oil pressure applied to a hydraulic cylinder 9 is reduced at the same time. By this method, a rod 9a is contracted and the top plate 3 is inclined. As mentioned above, since the hydraulic cylinders 8, 9 can be independently adjusted each other so as to extend and contract the rods thereof, the top plate 3 can be easily inclined at an arbitrary height at an arbitrary angle. By mounting this inclination imparting means, the tilt angle of a gantry can be adjusted and the tomographic image of an arbitrary cross section can be obtained and, therefore, diagnostic accuracy can be enhanced.

The CT apparatus bed device shown in the figure includes an upper frame 2 that supports a top plate 3 on which a subject is placed so as to be slidable in the direction of arrow B;
A lower frame 1 supports the upper frame 2 via a link 5, and the upper frame 2 supports the link 5 with a linear actuator 5.
a allows it to be raised and lowered in the vertical direction (in the six directions of arrows). Note that 4 in the figure indicates a state in which the upper frame 2 is raised.

(Problems to be Solved by the Invention) As described above, in the conventional CT apparatus bed device, the top plate 3
can only be moved in the six directions indicated by arrows in the figure or in the direction B. In particular, movement in the six directions of the arrows merely raises and lowers the upper frame 2 that supports the top plate 3 using a single linear actuator 5a, and it is not possible to obtain a tomographic image of the subject at a tilt angle of the gantry 11 of ■ or more. . Furthermore, since the top plate 3 can only be moved in the horizontal direction (direction of arrow B),
There is a drawback that it is necessary to perform coordinate movement processing to obtain the rotated tomographic image. Note that 11' in the figure shows a state in which the gantry 11 is not tilted.

For this reason, in the past, the subject placed on the top plate 3 was forced into an unreasonable posture, and there was a problem in that it was not possible to easily obtain a tomographic image of only 1q in an arbitrary cross section.
