Abstract

PURPOSE:To enable an execution and, at the same time, to make it possible to collect used floorings to recycle and use them by using the floorings which are simply arranged on a floor foundation without using adhesive as a floor. CONSTITUTION:A surface layer is a contamination resistance and wear resistance layer having resin more than 30wt.%. An intermediate layer and a lower layer are a load resistance layer including filler more than 50wt.%. A reinforcing material of fiber is built in any place ranging from the intermediate layer to the lower layer. A thickness of the whole flooring formed by laminating three layers of the surface layer, intermediate layer and lower layer is 4-8mm, and a length of one side is 30-60cm. The flooring having such a constitution can be used as a floor by arranging simply on a floor foundation without using adhesives, and a residual and used flooring is collected to recycle and use as a material of new flooring.

Flooring made of synthetic resin has been known for a long time. These synthetic resin tiles are used by being attached to a base using an adhesive. Therefore, partial repair or replacement is difficult. Furthermore, even in the case of complete re-pasting, a great deal of labor and expense is required for the removal work and subsequent repair of the base. Furthermore, since they are attached to the substrate with adhesive, they cannot be recycled after use, making it impossible to utilize resources effectively, and there are also pollution problems when disposing of waste.

The present invention is a laminated type sheet consisting of three layers: a surface layer, an intermediate layer, and a lower layer, which are made by heating and kneading a synthetic resin composition mainly consisting of a thermoplastic resin, a plasticizer, and a filler. In tile flooring, the surface layer is a stain-resistant and wear-resistant layer with a resin content of 30 wt% or more, and the middle and lower layers contain a filler of 5% or more.
It is a load-bearing layer containing 0wt% or more, and has a full thickness that imparts dimensional stability and load-bearing property, characterized by having a fiber reinforcing material embedded somewhere from the middle layer to the lower layer. 4-8 m, preferably 5-7 m, - a recyclable tile-like flooring with a side length of 30-600 mm;
A method of constructing a recyclable tile-like flooring material characterized by simply laying the flooring materials side by side on a floor substrate without using an adhesive, and a method of collecting the waste material of the flooring materials constructed without using an adhesive. The gist of the present invention is a method for recycling and using flooring materials, which is characterized in that the materials are crushed, washed, dried, and recycled as raw materials for the middle layer or lower layer of new flooring materials.

When considering repair, application to raised floors, etc., it is ideal for flooring materials to have sufficient performance to withstand use without the use of adhesives. In order to meet these demands, in addition to the general performance of tiles, tiles must have particularly excellent curling resistance (property that does not warp), dimensional stability against temperature changes, strength, and load-bearing properties. It won't happen.

Therefore, in the present invention, the surface layer has a resin content of 30 wt% or more to provide a layer with excellent stain resistance, superiority resistance, breakage resistance, etc., and the middle layer and lower layer have a filler content of 50 wt%.
By using a layer with a large filler content of % or more, it is inexpensive, has a large specific gravity, prevents warping toward the surface layer, and has good load resistance. The middle layer contains a smaller proportion of filler than the lower layer to ensure the strength of the flooring material. This allows even if the surface layer is as thin as 0.3 to 1.5 m/m.

The presence of the intermediate layer prevents the intermediate layer itself and the entire flooring from tearing or breaking. Dimensional stability is imparted by using one to three layers of fiber reinforcing material at any position from the middle layer to the lower layer depending on the purpose of use. In the case of a laminate, warping is likely to occur if the balance between the layers is lost.Therefore, the buried position of the reinforcing material must be carefully determined within the above range to maintain the strength balance of the three layers. The material is preferably impregnated with a synthetic resin composition, and has a total thickness of 4 to 8 cm, a side length of 30 to 60 cm, and an own weight of 2.

The flooring material of the present invention having such a configuration has excellent dimensional stability and warp resistance,
In addition, since they are heavy, they can be used simply by arranging them without using adhesives. After use, it is collected, crushed, washed, dried, kneaded again into a sheet, and recycled as an intermediate layer or lower layer of new flooring materials. At this time, the fiber reinforcing material is uniformly dispersed in the recycled portion, resulting in good performance.
