【考案の詳細な説明】 本考案は平版印刷機の圧胴に使用するブランケ
ツト変形防止シートに関するものである。

従来平版印刷機にあつては、第4図に示すよう
にゴム胴にゴム製のブランケツトを貼着し、版胴

胴との間を通過する紙に印刷を施しているが、封
筒のように貼り合せにより印刷しようとする面に
凹凸を有する場合は印刷の繰返しによりブランケ
ツトの表面に凹凸を生じ、そのためインキの転写
にむらを生じ印刷に濃淡が出来る欠点があつた。

を第1図に示す実施例により更に詳述すると、a

層2、例えばポリエチレン樹脂層を形成したもの
である。3は軟質合成樹脂層2上に塗着した合成
樹脂系の低粘着層であり、その粘着力は後記のブ

25mm巾程度である。4は布帛1の片面に塗着した
ゴム系の高粘着層であり、その粘着力は930g/
25mm巾である。5及び6は低,高粘着層3及び4
にそれぞれ添着した剥離紙である。尚符号7は平
版印刷機のゴム胴、8はゴム胴7に貼着したゴム
製のブランケツト、9はゴム胴と同径の圧胴、1
0はゴム胴7と同径の版胴、11はインキ、12
はインキローラ、13は封筒、14は給紙台、1

しにくい圧胴の所定位置へ容易に且つ、正確に貼
着することが出来るものである。殊にこの変形防
止シートは芯部に布帛が介在しているため印刷時
に於ける押圧力により前後左右への伸びを生ずる
ことなく、また第5図に示すように弾性基材及び
高粘着層は封筒等の被印刷面の凹凸を吸収し、ブ
ランケツトの変形を防止するため、繰返し印刷を
行つてもブランケツトへのインクの転写むらを生
ずることがなく、従つてむらのない印刷を繰返し
行うことができるものである。
