圧複合容器に関する。

る。耐圧性を十分にするためには、かなり肉厚に
せざるをえない。

ホツトメルト接着剤により、行なえばよい。筒状
の胴材2をブロー成形金型内にインサートしてお
き、延伸ブローにより容器を成形すると同時に融
着させて一体化することもでき、このような態様
も接着一体化に包含される。
蓋の形態は任意であるが、炭酸飲料などに常用
されているスクリユーキヤツプ、とくにアルミ製
のものが巻き締め容易で好適である。もちろん、
プラスチツクの射出成形品を用いてもよい。

考案の効果
本考案の耐圧複合容器は、内容物を充填して蓋
を締めた後に加わる内圧に対し、ボトル全体がよ
く耐える。底部は曲面状で圧力に耐えるのに好都
合な形状であり、胴部は胴材により補強されてい
るからである。
紙を含む積層シートで胴材を構成すれば、任意
に印刷を施すことができ、美麗な外観を持つもの
が得られる。この容器は胴材の円筒状の下端で自
立し、安定性がよいから、丈長のものをつくるこ
とができる。
