Claims (1)
ムウエブからポケツト類、袋類等を製造する装置
により、袋体の積層物が供給されかつ製造を中断
すること無く運び出され、袋体の積層物の後端を
把持する把持装置と、把持装置を開放する装置と
、袋体の積層物の前端に配置される移動ユニツト
を備え、この移動ユニツトにより引き出さるべき
袋体の積層物がより遠くへ運ばれる装置において
、移動ユニツト20,91は、把握ユニツトとし
て設計され、かつ把持装置から袋体の積層物11
Lを開放した後、袋体の積層物11Lの前方への
移動に対して2段階で移動されることが出来、そ
れにより袋体の積層物11Lは、保持装置14,
68から(次々に截置される2つの袋体の間の時
間間隔で)第一段階において開放され、次いで移
動され、次いでそれにより第二段階において、新
しい積層物の形成用の次の袋体が、運び出された
直後の袋体の積層物11Rの後端の上に在り、か
つ後者に対して吹き込み空気流れに対するスクリ
ーンを形成することを特徴とし、かつ2段階の間
中、端部33;83,83aは移動される直後の
袋体の積層物11Rの後部領域を押えることを特
徴とする装置。 (2) 積層物を積層領域から除去する際、先ず除
去された積層物の先端部から端部クランプを開放
し、次いで除去された積層物から低牽引部材を上
昇させる手段を備える実用新案登録請求の範囲第
1項記載の装置。 (3) 低牽引部材が垂直方向に3つの操作位置を
有するワイヤであり、即ちこのワイヤは積層され
つつある袋体より上方の最上部位置と、積層レベ
ルにおける中間位置と、袋体の積層物を積層領域
から除去するレベルにおける最下部位置とを有し
、かつ前記中間位置にある際に他の積層物の袋体
を最初にワイヤの上方に截置して空気流れに対す
るスクリーンを既に截置された袋体の積層物に対
し付与するように配置された実用新案登録請求の
範囲第1項又は第2項記載の装置。 (4) ワイヤと積層物先端部クランプとの間の連
結をクランプ前進手段を介して行い、前記クラン
プ前進手段はワイヤを移動させることなくクラン
プを前進させ、更に他の前進手段を備えてワイヤ
とクランプとを一緒に前進させ、ワイヤが他の袋
体の積層物の最下部袋体の下側を移動するよう構
成した実用新案登録請求の範囲第3項記載の装置
。 (5) 積層領域において袋体の積層物の先端部を
夫々積層レベル及び積層レベルの上方並びに最終
除去の所要レベルにおける3つのレベルに存在さ
せる手段を備え、更に積層レベル及び除去レベル
にある際前記既に截置された積層物の先端部を存
在させ、かつ積層レベルより上方にある際前記他
の積層物の先端部を存在させて、ワイヤのクラン
プ作用がなくなつた際に空気流れに対するスクリ
ーンを前記既に截置された積層物に付与するよう
構成した実用新案登録請求の範囲第3項又は第4
項記載の装置。 (6) 積層物先端部クランプと積層領域における
前記手段とを交互に閉じ及び開き得るラツチを備
え、開かれた際それらの相対位置を調整して異な
る長さの袋体を積層する調整装置を備えた実用新
案登録請求の範囲第5項記載の装置。 (7) 共通軸線の周囲で回転し得る2つの牽引部
材と、前記軸線の周囲に前記部材を回転させる手
段とを備えて、前記2つの牽引部材を連続積層物
に対する牽引部材として作用させる実用新案登録
請求の範囲第1項記載の装置。 (8) 回転手段が、牽引部材を半回転クラツチを
介して回転させるステツプモータからなる実用新
案登録請求の範囲第7項記載の装置。 (9) 先端部クランプが横方向に離間した上部及
び下部のフインガ組と、前記上部フインガ組を前
記下部フインガ組に対し接近、離反させる手段と
からなる実用新案登録請求の範囲第7項又は第8
項記載の装置。 (10) 牽引部材がワイヤである実用新案登録請求
