空気の噴出口とを配備すると共に、前記回転容器
の砂排出口部位に、洗浄砂の透水性すくい上げ部
材と該すくい上げ部材からの落下砂を前記砂排出
口に向けて排出する排出部材とを配設したことを

開口端を有する加圧水噴出管7が配備されてい
る。また、区画室3bの後端部すなわち砂排出口
2開口部位には砂のすくい上げ部材として透水性
の掻上羽根8が回転容器3内面に複数放射状に設
けられていると共に、該掻上羽根8の直上部にも
洗砂水散水管6cの散水ノズルが開口し、さらに
掻上羽根8からの落下砂を受けて回転容器3外へ

て、堰板4の直前では加圧水噴出管7から加圧水
が上向きに噴出されるため土砂は上下方向に循環
して、ここでも洗砂作用が生じ循環砂の一部は堰
板4を越流して区画室3bに流入する。一方、砂
表面から剥離した有機物などの浮遊性又は低比重
の不純物及び泥分は泥水として集水樋5aに流入
し、排出管20から外部に排出される(なお、排
出管20はサイホン管として作用するようになつ
ているが、所望により真空ポンプで吸引してもよ
い)。以下同様にして砂は、区画室3bにおいて
洗砂水噴出管6bからの加圧水及び振動により磨
鉱作用を受けて再び洗浄されたのち掻上羽根8配

泥水として集水樋を介して排出するようにし、砂
の移送は洗砂水による押流し作用と砂の自重を利
用して行うことにより、従来ロータリ分級機に配
備されている螺旋状の送り羽根を省略し、すくい
上げ部材上では振動による脱水作用が生じるよう
にしたので、原料土砂は多段式に磨鉱処理されて
洗浄度及び脱水度良好な洗浄砂を得ることができ
るものであり、各区画室底部における砂の移送も
円滑に行われるうえ、すくい上げ部材では脱水し
つつある砂をすくい上げるので砂の移送効率が高
く、したがつてコンパクトな装置により大量処理
が可能であり、構造簡単で安価に提供できるもの

配備すると共に、前記回転容器の砂排出口部位
に、洗浄砂の透水性すくい上げ部材と該すくい上
げ部材からの落下砂を前記砂排出口に向けて排出
する排出部材とを配設したことを特徴とする磨鉱
