【発明の詳細な説明】
［産業上の利用分野］
本発明は消化器系潰瘍の治療に経口投与薬剤として有用
なビスマス主体物質の作製に関する。

上記物質は粉体状であり、容易に水に分散されて安定な
コロイド溶液を生ずる。

イギリス特許１．４７８．７４２が開示しているものは
粉体組成物を得る方法であって、クエン酸ビスマス、多
価アルコール、特にサッカロース及びアンモニアを含有
するコロイド水溶液を噴霧乾燥する方法である。サッカ
ロースの存在は使用時に水に容易に分散させることがで
き、しかも安定なコロイド溶液を形成し得る粉体を生産
するには必要であると考えられていた。
粉体組成物を得る方法であって、クエン酸ビスマス、多
価アルコール、特にサッカロース及びアンモニアを含有
するコロイド水溶液を噴霧乾燥する方法である。サッカ
ロースの存在は使用時に水に容易に分散させることがで
き、しかも安定なコロイド溶液を形成し得る粉体を生産
するには必要であると考えられていた。
この作製方法は糖が存在することから、噴霧乾燥が複雑
である。即ち、低温で乾燥する必要があり、装置中で被
膜形成及び析出を生ずる。

［発明が解決しようとする課題］

の組成物を作製する方法を提供するものであって、該組
成物は水性液体中に容易に分散されて潰瘍抑制治療作用
を備えたコロイド溶液を生ずる。

本発明の方法は従来技術に比して極めて有利な代替手段
を提供する。即ち、従来方法はクエン酸ビスマスを含有
する水性混合物を噴霧乾燥することに基礎を置（もので
あるから、高価な乾燥装置を要すると共に屡々運転上の
困難に出会う。

［課題を解決する為の手段］
本発明の方法によれば、クエン酸ビスマスとクエン酸カ
リウムとをモル比１：１で含有する新生酸物である混合
クエン酸カリウムビスマスを極微細粉体の形で得ること
ができ、この粉体は水中に容易に分散して安定なコロイ
ド溶液を形成する。

アセトンで洗浄し、更に減圧下に７０℃で乾燥する。

度の治療効果を備えている。

本発明による生成物を潰瘍抑制薬剤として用いるには、
使用に適する賦形剤及び甘味剤と組み合わせて錠剤、泡
起性錠剤又はシロップ等の形にする。

に６０℃において溶解させ、これにクエン酸ビスマス４

Claims (2)
- （１）水性液体中に容易に分散可能でコロイド溶液とな
り、潰瘍治療剤的性質を備え、微粉状で、等モル量のク
エン酸カリウムとクエン酸ビスマスとからなる混合クエ
ン酸カリウムビスマス。 - （２）等モル量のクエン酸カリウムとクエン酸ビスマス
とを水に溶解させ、最少量のＫＯＨを加えて６０℃にお
いて完全にクエン酸ビスマスを溶解させ、次いで得られ
た水溶液を減圧下に蒸発によって濃縮して混合クエン酸
カリウムビスマスの濃度を約１．５ｍｏｌ／ｌとし、ア
セトンを水溶液１００ｍｌ当り約６０ｍｌの割合で加え
て生成物を微粉状で沈殿させ、最後に濾過によって生成
物を分離し、アセトンで洗い、次に７０℃で減圧乾燥す
ることを特徴とする方法であって、水性液体中に容易に
分散可能でコロイド溶液となり、潰瘍治療剤的性質を備
えた微粉状のビスマス主体組成物をクエン酸ビスマスか
ら生産する方法。
