Abstract

PURPOSE:To manufacture continuously a plurality of kinds of continuous resin molded products by simple operation in a short time by extruding resin in a manner of pinching addition sections between common sections of respective molded products, selecting the additional sections and fusion welding integrally common sections each other. CONSTITUTION:An extrusion molding machine 12 shuts first resin 13a extruded out of a first extruder and extrudes first and second common sections 11a and 11b. Also, second resin 13b extruded out of a second extruder is extruded between the common sections 11a, 11b as an additional section 11c. The common sections 11a, 11b and the additional section 11c are pressed by a roller 16 to take off an integrated extruded material 11 to manufacture a first molding 1a. On the other hand, only common sections 11a, 11b are extruded, and a pressed, integrally welded extruded material 11 is taken off to manufacture a second molding 11b without the additional section 11c and with a short foot section 5b. Thus, a plurality of kinds of resin molded products 1a, 1b can be manufactured continuously by simple operation in a short time by using one extrusion mold 12.

However, in such conventional manufacturing methods, extrusion molds are prepared for each type of resin molded product with a different cross-sectional shape, and the resin molded products are extruded in separate steps. Production costs increase. In addition, it takes time to replace the extrusion mold, and it takes time after the start of extrusion to stably extrude mold to accurate dimensions, and during this time, materials such as resin and core material are wasted. For this reason, the above-mentioned conventional methods have a problem in that they are not suitable for high-mix, low-volume production.

According to the present invention, there are two steps: extruding the resin with the additional part sandwiched between the common parts of each molded product, and obtaining the first molded product in a state where the whole is integrated; and the step of removing the additional part and removing the remaining part. Since it includes a step of welding and integrating to obtain a second molded product, it is possible to make multiple types of long resin molded products with different cross-sectional shapes using a single extrusion mold with simple operations and in a short time. Can be manufactured continuously.
