According to the publication, a vertically elongated guide cylinder is formed with a hopper part into which an O-ring can be inserted freely at the upper end;
An O-ring pusher rod that can be freely moved in and out of the guide tube through a vertical slit formed around the guide tube and can move up and down, and an upper rod that can be inserted into the guide tube from above are provided. After dropping the O-ring, first, in the first step, the push-down rod is protruded inward and moved downward to remove the circumference 1 of the O-ring.
Hook the pusher rod to the position and draw the O-ring into the guide tube in a vertical position. Next, after retracting the pusher rod outward, the upper end is inserted into the shaft hole of the workpiece placed below the guide tube in the second step. Insert the first lower rod with an inclined surface from below, insert the upper rod into the guide tube, push down the O-ring, guide it to the inclined surface of the first lower rod, and insert the lower part of the O-ring into the workpiece. The first lower rod is inserted into the ring groove in the shaft hole of the workpiece, and then the first lower rod is pulled out from the shaft hole of the workpiece. In the third step, the second lower rod with its upper end as a horizontal seating surface is inserted into the lower edge of the ring groove. It is known that the O-ring is inserted into the shaft hole of the workpiece so that the seating surfaces match, and then the upper rod is further lowered to fit the entire O-ring into the ring groove.

にしたものも知られている。 In addition, according to Japanese Patent Application Laid-open No. 47-40566, a holder with a pair of clamp levers attached to the tip that clamps an O-ring from both sides in the diametrical direction is slid onto a cylindrical pressing rod that can be inserted into the shaft hole of a workpiece. Insert the O-ring freely and biased forward by a spring, and as the pressing rod moves forward, the O-ring, which is compressed and held in an elliptical shape by the clamp lever, is inserted into the shaft hole of the workpiece, with both longitudinal ends of the O-ring facing backward. Push it in while deforming it into an arcuate shape, and when the O-ring reaches just in front of the ring groove, stop the forward movement of the holder and move only the pressing rod forward, and then use the control pin extending from the cylinder provided on the pressing rod side to close the clamp lever. At the same time, press the O-ring by pushing the ends of the pressing rods against both long-axis ends of the O-ring, and then move both short-axis ends of the O-ring, which was held by the clamp lever, to the tip of the lever. It is also known that the O-ring is extruded and fitted into the ring groove by elastic restoring force, and then the pressing rod is further advanced to fit the entire O-ring into the ring groove.

The opening degree cannot be set larger than the diameter of the shaft hole, and here O
Since the diameter of the ring in its free state is larger than the diameter of the shaft hole, it is necessary to preliminarily compress the O-ring and then clamp it to the clamp lever, which requires a complicated means and requires a device that includes O-ring supply means. The overall cost will be quite high.

I can be pushed into it. Here, the leg engages with the half circumference of the O-ring, and if this half-circumference is defined as one side, the pushing force of the leg does not act on the other side of the O-ring, and the O-ring is deformed so that the other side is curved upward, and the O
The compression allowance of the ring is absorbed by the curved part on the other side, and O
The ring can be smoothly pushed down inside the guide cylinder.
The guide rod also prevents the O-ring from being vertical.

グ溝に嵌込まれる。 When the leg piece is lowered to a fixed position and stopped, the upper rod moves downward relative to the leg piece while compressing the spring, and the lower end of the cylindrical part of the upper rod protrudes below the leg piece, causing an O.
The ring is further pressed down by the tubular section. At this time, the cylindrical part first comes into contact with the upper end of the other side of the O-ring that is curved upward, and here, one side of the O-ring is lowered due to friction with the inner peripheral surface of the guide cylinder. Because the O-ring is held in place, the O-ring uses one side as a fulcrum and tilts until the other side is at the same level as the one side, and the O-ring assumes an arcuate horizontal position with the middle part curved downward. The cylindrical part comes into contact with the upper end of one side and the upper end of the other side, and in this position, the O-ring is pushed down from the guide cylinder into the shaft hole of the workpiece, and first the middle part of the O-ring is inserted into the lower rod. It comes into contact with the seat and is fitted into the ring groove by elastic restoring force, and then, starting from the middle part, both sides of the O-ring are sequentially fitted into the ring groove.
