As a countermeasure against erosion on coasts facing the open ocean, the off-shore dike construction method, in which irregularly shaped blocks are installed parallel to the shoreline near the coastline, has been widely used, but this construction method requires only a small amount of space in the calm area. It has the disadvantage that it is not sufficient for environmental protection such as seawater exchange, and requires maintenance due to scattering and sinking of blocks.

This invention involves constructing a frame structure that is equipped with vertical permeable walls, horizontal permeable plates, and piling holes, either integrally or separately, and installing it in a predetermined submerged ground, and then using the piling holes as guides to drive the piles into the submerged ground. Vertical permeable walls formed by driving and fixing them, or by driving piles at predetermined intervals and then forming them integrally or in parts;
By inserting and integrating a frame structure with horizontal permeable plates and pile driving holes into the piles, the two vertical permeable walls are installed parallel to each other with a constant distance between them, and horizontal permeability is achieved between the vertical permeable walls. This problem was solved by placing the plate below the water surface.

Vertical permeable walls, horizontal permeable plates, and frame structures are constructed integrally or in sections, and installed on the designated underwater ground, and then piles are driven using the piling holes as guides to form the underwater ground. The energy of waves traveling from offshore to the coast can be absorbed by fixing the structure to the ground, or by driving piles at predetermined intervals and then inserting the integrated or divided structures into the piles to integrate them. is attenuated, and a calm area can be secured on the shore side from the vertical permeable wall on the back. Waves that hit the structure from the oil side and are reflected are also transmitted through the vertical permeable wall and reflected from the vertical permeable wall and horizontal permeable plate on the back. Since it is canceled out by the waves, the height of the reflected waves can be suppressed, reducing the impact on ships.Also, since the foundation is transparent, seawater can freely enter and exit, allowing seawater to be exchanged at all times. The structure is constructed either in one piece or in parts, so it is safe with less offshore construction, and because it is based on piles, it is stable, requires no maintenance, and has little impact on the seabed.

Wave-dissipating structure units A divided into appropriate lengths in the shoreline direction of the wave-dissipating structure are used as construction units, and the wave-dissipating structure units A are successively constructed and extended substantially parallel to the shoreline at right angles to the wave traveling direction. The wave dissipating structure unit A has a foundation pile 1 made of steel or concrete, a vertical permeable wall 2 made of concrete with many holes 7 on the front and back, or a vertical permeable wall 2 with strip-shaped flat plates 8 arranged at regular intervals. A water-permeable wall 2a, a horizontal water-permeable board 3 made of concrete with a large number of holes 9, or a horizontal water-permeable board 3a with strip-shaped flat plates 10 arranged at regular intervals, and a beam-shaped steel or concrete plate that connects these. It is formed from a frame structure 4 made of steel and a columnar frame structure 5 made of steel or concrete having pile driving holes. Two vertical permeable walls 2°2a are installed vertically and parallel to each other, and horizontal permeable plates 3, 3a are constructed horizontally between the vertical permeable walls 2, 2a, which are at a height near the water surface height at low tide. be done. The construction of wave-dissipating structure unit) A consists of vertical permeable walls 2, excluding foundation piles 1,
2a, horizontal permeable plates 3, 3a, and frame structure 4.5 are manufactured integrally or separately on land, and installed on the submarine ground 6 so that the vertical permeable wall 2.2a is approximately perpendicular to the direction of wave propagation. Then, the foundation pile 1 is driven into the seabed ground 6 through a pile driving hole previously provided in the frame structure 4.5, and the foundation pile 1 and the frame structure 5 are connected and fixed. In addition, under other conditions, foundation piles l are driven into the seabed ground 6 at regular intervals, and the wave-dissipating structure unit)A
is inserted into the frame structures 4, 5 through the pile driving holes provided in advance, and the foundation pile l and the frame structures 4, 5 are connected and fixed. Note that 11 indicates bracing for reinforcement.

Waves traveling from offshore to the coast pass through or are reflected by vertical permeable walls.
In addition, it is attenuated by passing through or being reflected by the horizontal permeable plate, ensuring a calm area on the shore side of the vertical permeable wall, and suppressing the height of waves that hit structures from the oil side and reflect, thereby reducing the impact on ships. In addition, since it is a permeable base, seawater can freely enter and exit, allowing constant exchange of seawater, which is useful for environmental conservation. The wave-dissipating structure unit is safe because it requires less offshore construction because it can be constructed in one piece or in parts, and because it is based on piles, it is stable and requires no maintenance, and it has less impact on the seabed.
