The puff cage 10 being wound up becomes larger as the yarn 1 is wound up, and the peripheral speed of the package increases. Therefore, in order to keep the winding speed constant, the rotational speed of the bobbin holder 13a is controlled, and the traverse speed of the traverse guide 4 is also controlled according to the rotational speed of the bobbin holder 132.

The full bobbin 7a is rotated in the opposite direction to move the fully wound bobbin 7a to the standby side, and at the same time, the empty bobbin 7b is switched to the empty bobbin 7b waiting on the opposite side, and the empty bobbin 7b is moved to the winding position.

The yarn 1 is captured by the thread shifting guide 2, removed from the traverse guide 4, moved outside the traversing range, and guided to the thread capturing groove 12b of the empty bobbin 7b. It is wrapped around the capture groove 12b and held.

The thread shifting guide 2 returns to its original position, and the thread l moves toward the center of the bobbin due to its own tension, and when it enters the traversing range of the traverse guide 4, it is caught by the traverse guide 4 and starts traversing. Then, it is wound onto the empty bobbin 7b.

The threads 1 will be bent significantly, causing damage to the threads in the innermost layer of the package 10.

In a turret-type automatic switching winder, a yarn storage guide is provided downstream of the traverse device and upstream of the touch roller relative to the running yarn, and when activated at an appropriate time, the speed of the traverse guide can be precisely adjusted. However, the present invention was achieved by discovering that the yarn can be wound without damaging the yarn in the innermost layer of the package.

ンに巻取らせる自動切替巻取り方法。The turret is rotated to move the empty bobbin on the standby side to the winding position, and at the same time, the yarn caught by the traverse guide and traversing is caught by the thread shifting guide and released from the traverse guide. The yarn captured by the bobbin holder is guided toward the yarn trapping groove formed in the empty bobbin in the axial direction of the bobbin holder, is wound around the yarn trapping groove, and is held in a countershape. Cut the yarn to cut off the yarn feeding to the fully wound bobbin, return the thread shifting guide to its original position, operate the thread storage guide to inherit and capture the thread, and when the thread shifting guide returns to its original position. This is an automatic switching winding method in which the yarn is separated from the guide, and when the yarn enters the traversing range, it is captured by the traverse guide, traverse is started, and the yarn is wound onto an empty bobbin.

き前記のような問題が生ずる。As mentioned above, in the turret type automatic switching winding machine (see Figs. 3 to 5), when a predetermined amount of yarn 1 is wound onto the bobbin 7a and the yarn 1 is fully wound, the yarn 1 is wound on the opposite side on the turret board 11. In order to switch to the empty bobbin 7b that is waiting, the turret board 11 is rotated in the opposite direction to the rotational direction of the bobbin holder 133 to move the fully wound bobbin 7a to the standby side, and at the same time, the fully wound bobbin 7a is moved to the standby side. Although the yarn 1 is wound on the empty bobbin 7b by switching to the empty bobbin 7b, the above-mentioned problem occurs at this time.

There, the guide 8 operates to guide the thread to the thread catching groove 12b of the empty bobbin 7b, and the thread catching groove 12b is guided to the thread catching groove 12b.
It is wrapped around and held. Once the yarn l is gripped by the yarn catching groove 12b, the yarn shifting guide 2 returns to its original position (the second
figure). At this time, the guide 5 operates to take over the running yarn 1 from the yarn shifting guide 2 and capture it. Furthermore, when the yarn 1 is gripped by the yarn catching groove 12b, the yarn between the yarn gripper 1 and the full package 10 is cut by a cutting device (not shown).
The yarn is cut, the supply of yarn to the bobbin 7a is cut off, and the yarn is wound onto the bobbin 7b.

When the guide returns to its original position, the guide operates to inherit and capture the traveling yarn, eliminating interference from the yarn handling guide and preventing damage to the yarn in the innermost layer of the package that occurs when the first winding starts. It becomes possible to prevent this.

替巻取り方法。(1) In a turret type automatic switching winder, a yarn deposit guide is provided downstream of the traverse device and upstream of the touch roller with respect to the traveling yarn, and when the bobbin installed on the bobbin holder reaches full winding. For example, by rotating the turret and moving the empty bobbin on the standby side to the winding position,
The yarn caught by the traverse guide and traversing is caught by the thread shifting guide and released from the traverse guide, and the yarn caught by the thread shifting guide is transferred to the thread catching formed on the empty bobbin in the axial direction of the bobbin holder. Guide the yarn to the groove side, wrap it around the yarn catching groove and grip it, cut the yarn at the joint between the full bobbin and the empty bobbin, cut off the yarn supply to the full bobbin, and return the thread guide to its original position. While returning the thread, operate the thread depositing guide to take over and capture the yarn, and when the thread depositing guide returns to its original position, remove the thread from the thread depositing guide, and from the point where the thread enters the traversing range. An automatic switching winding method that catches the traverse guide, starts traversing, and winds the empty bobbin.
