Abstract

PURPOSE:To make the end face of a sub-threshold the same level as the floor surface of a cage and form the extension of the floor surface of the cage by providing the sub-threshold having the end face which is engaged with a link mechanism to form the extension of the floor surface of the cage and a guide for making the sub-threshold obliquely advance in the close vicinity to the entrance side of the floor surface of the cage. CONSTITUTION:As the cage of an elevator is lifted up/down approaching the floor of each story, one end portion of a lever 15 is brought into contact with a fixed cam provided on either of the entrance door side of a lifting passage and moved to the innermost direction from the entrance side of the cage, to be rotated with a rotatably supported point on the underfloor of the cage as a fulcrum. Due to the rotation of the lever 15, a link plate 24 which is engaged with the other end portion of the lever 15 with a link mechanism is moved, causing a sub-threshold 26 which is engaged with the other end portion of the link plate with a link mechanism to be held by a guide 25 and to obliquely advance in close vicinity to the entrance side of the floor surface of the cage, thereby making the other end portion of the sub-threshold the same level as the floor surface of the cage. Thus, the end face of the sub-threshold forms the extension of the floor surface of the cage.

[Detailed Description of the Invention] [Field of Industrial Application] The present invention relates to an elevator, and particularly to an elevator suitable for reducing the gap between the landing floor and the car floor when the car is stopped at each floor. Regarding doorway threshold devices. [Prior Art] An elevator is provided with a certain gap between the landing floor and the car floor in order to avoid accidental contact with the landing floor due to shaking when the car passes through each floor. However, this gap caused shocks when transporting heavy loads using trolleys, etc., and the wheels fell into the gap and became stuck, causing problems when transporting precision machinery, transporting seriously ill people at hospitals, or handling carts. . Conventional nailing that solves these problems was developed in 1973.
It was as described in Japanese Utility Model Application Publication No. 9-71270, Japanese Utility Model Application Publication No. 59-187683, and Japanese Utility Model Application Publication No. 60-104576. [Problems to be Solved by the Invention] In all of the above-mentioned conventional technologies, an auxiliary sill is provided on the cage as a means of reducing the gap between the landing floor and the car floor, and the auxiliary sill is configured to rotate or move. No consideration was given to the fact that the capacity of the door opening/closing motor would be large due to the provision of a drive device or the use of the force for opening and closing the door, and all conventional techniques are limited to horizontally opening doors. Therefore, there were problems such as not being able to apply it to vertically opening doors. The purpose of the present invention is to solve the above problems and reduce the shock to the transport vehicle when using the elevator overnight by reducing the gap between the landing floor and the car floor using a simple mechanism. [Means for Solving the Problems] The above purpose is to provide a fixed cam provided on either side of the entrance/exit door of the hoistway, and one end of which is in contact with the fixed cam and is pivotally supported under the car floor on the side of the entrance/exit. a lever, a link plate whose one end engages with the other end of the lever through a link mechanism bridge, and a plate-shaped link plate whose end on the underside of the car floor engages with the other end of the link plate through a link mechanism; an auxiliary sill whose end on the floor side of the engagement car has a flat end surface similar to the floor surface of the car;
This is achieved by providing an elevator entrance/exit 1-1 sill device having a guide for moving the auxiliary sill obliquely close to the entrance/exit side of the floor surface of the car.

When the elevator car ascends and descends and approaches the floor of each floor, one end of the lever comes into contact with a fixed cam installed on either side of the entrance/exit door of the hoistway, and the elevator car moves in the direction from the entrance/exit side of the elevator. The lever rotates using a pivot point under the floor as a fulcrum.
As the lever rotates, the link plate that is engaged with the other end of the lever by the link mechanism moves, and the auxiliary sill that is engaged with the other end of the link plate by the link mechanism is held by the guide and moved to the entrance/exit side of the floor of the car. The other end of the auxiliary sill will be at the same level as the floor surface of the heel.
In this way, the end face of the auxiliary sill forms an extension of the car floor, reducing the gap between the landing floor and the car floor. [Example] An example of the present invention will be described below with reference to FIGS. 1 to 8. Figure 1 shows an overall plan view of an elevator equipped with the doorway sill device of the present invention. In the figure, 1 is a car placed in the hoistway 2, and 3 (not shown) is attached to the guide rail 4 fixed to the rail brackets 3 and 3#.

Next, the operation of reducing the gap between the landing floor and the car floor using the doorway sill device of the present invention will be explained with reference to FIG. Figure 6 is a side view corresponding to Figure 3, showing the state in which the auxiliary sill is moved forward. When the floor of the car comes near the landing floor of each floor, the roller 14 is pushed by the fixed cam 12 of the hoistway, the lever 15 rotates counterclockwise around the bearing 20, and the link plate 24 connected to the other end is pushed. At the same time, the lever 21 integrated with the lever 15 along with the rotating shaft 18 similarly rotates around the bearing 20, and the auxiliary sill 26 is pushed up diagonally upward through the link plate 24 connected to the other end. Push the sill 26 diagonally upward from the right side and move it forward. Auxiliary threshold 26
is guided by a guide 25, and moves smoothly forward and backward close to the threshold 9. At this time, it is desirable to make dimension B as small as possible, and it is sufficient to leave a gap of about 5 am after installation and set-up at the site. Here, if the length of the fixed cam 12 is set so that the mouth roller 14 operates only in the vicinity where the car floor is 1M with the level of each floor, the auxiliary sill in the middle of the floors is as shown in FIG. The landing area and the car's engagement device part will not interfere with the other side's sill because the gap between the landing floor and the car floor is 8 dimensions. In conventional elevators that are not provided with means for reducing the gap between the landing floor and the car floor, as shown in FIGS. 7 and 8, the wheels 29 of the trolley 28 may fall into the gap between the two sills, causing the cargo 30 to collapse. In addition, small wheels 3 that can rotate freely
1 or wheels 31 in the trunk 32
There was a problem with the wheel rotating so that its width was in the same direction as the gap between the sills, causing the entire axle to fall down, but as mentioned above, the gap between the sills can be reduced to about 51, so the above problem does not occur at all. .. As explained above, in the present invention, when the car comes near the landing floor, the rotating cam of the hoistway rotates the lever of the car, and the movement of this lever causes the auxiliary sill of the car floor to be moved through the link mechanism. Because the gap between the landing sill and the car sill can be reduced by moving the cart forward, the wheels of the trolley do not fall into the gap when loading and unloading items from the car, and even carts with small diameter wheels can be transported smoothly. .. In this embodiment, a set of levers with rollers facing a fixed cam provided in the hoistway are arranged on one side of the car, and the movement of the levers is directed to the opposite side by a rotating shaft extending in the direction of the frontage under the floor of the car. By transmitting the signal to the lever of the car, both levers are rotated simultaneously, and the auxiliary sill is advanced simultaneously from both sides via a link mechanism.In addition, the fixed cam of the hoistway and the lever with opposing rollers are Place one set on each side, do not connect each lever,
The structure may be such that the movement of each lever moves the auxiliary sill forward from both sides via a link mechanism.

In this embodiment, the auxiliary sill device is built into the car, but in principle it can also be built into the landing side. In that case, contrary to this embodiment, it is also possible to provide a cam on the car and use the movement of the car to move the auxiliary sill on the landing side forward and backward. [Effects of the Invention] According to the present invention, a fixed cam provided in the hoistway, a lever provided on the car side that contacts the fixed cam, and a rotational displacement when the lever contacts the fixed cam are converted into reciprocating displacement. A link mechanism, an auxiliary sill having an end surface that engages with the link mechanism and forms an extension of the floor of the car, and a guide that causes the auxiliary sill to move obliquely close to the entrance/exit side of the floor of the car. This allows the end face of the auxiliary sill to be on the same level as the car floor and to form an extension of the car floor, so it is possible to close the gap between the landing floor and the car floor with a simple mechanism and without consuming power. By making it smaller, it has the effect of reducing the shock to the transport vehicle when using the elevator.
