Abstract

PURPOSE:To prevent initial backwash water from getting into the bathtub side by delaying the start of driving a backwash pump by the time required for the opening and closing operation of a valve after an ON-OFF switch of the valve is ON when the bathtub water purifying operation is switched over to the backwash operation of a purifier. CONSTITUTION:When a purifying operation switch 71 is ON, solenoid valves V1 and V2 are opened and water in a bathtub 10 is circulated as shown by a solid line arrow mark by a circulating pump P1 and purification is carried out by a hair collector 20 and a filter 30. When a backwash operation switch 72 is ON during said purifying operation, the circulating pump P1 is OFF and solenoid valves V1 and V2 are closed after time t1 required for closing operation is passed. At the same time, solenoid valves V3, V4 and V5 are opened after time t1 is passed similarly. A delay relay or the like, for example, is used in a manner to constitute the start of driving a backwash pump P2 delayed by the time t1. The backwash water using pure water is discharged, for example, like shown by a broken line arrow mark, passing through discharge lines 4 and 5 to prevent the backwash water from getting into the bathtub 10.

<Prior art and its problems> As a bathtub water purification device, a device is provided in which bathtub water is circulated in a circulation path, purified by passing through a purifier disposed in the circulation path, and returned to the bathtub. In this type of device, conventionally, the bath water was used to backwash the purifier and was circulated in the circulation path in the reverse direction. However, since this method uses bathtub water, the regeneration of the purifier is likely to be insufficient, and the bathtub cannot be used due to dirty water during backwashing. Do not return the water from the bathtub to the bathtub (
Since it has to be drained, the water in the bathtub decreases rapidly.

Based on the above, the present applicant filed a patent application dated February 8, 1999, titled "Bathtub purification device," and when regenerating the purifier, clean water is introduced from the outside to backwash the purifier. provided equipment to do so. In this device, when purifying the bathtub, the bath water is purified while passing through the circulation path, and when regenerating the purifier, the clean water introduced from the outside flows back through a part of the circulation path and the purifier to perform backwashing. , is discharged outside the circulation path.

However, even with equipment that backwashes using clean water, when switching from bathwater purification operation to direct backwash operation, the initial backwashing occurs due to the opening and closing operation time of the valve in the circulation path. There was a risk that part of the wash water would enter the bathtub without being drained.

Means for Solving the Problems> In order to achieve the above objects, the bathtub water purification device of the present invention has the following features:
A circulation path is provided for purifying bathtub water from the bathtub through one or more purifiers and returned to the bathtub, and when backwashing the purifier, clean water introduced from the outside by a backwash pump is passed through the purifier and the circulation path. The bathtub water purification device is configured to backflow a portion of water and then discharge it to the outside of the circulation path, wherein the backwash pump is configured to backwash a portion of the water and then discharge the water to the outside of the circulation path, and the backwash pump is configured to backwash a portion of the water when switching from bathtub water purification operation to backwash operation of the purifier. The first feature is that the valve is turned on with a delay of at least the time necessary for the opening/closing operation of the valve after the switch for switching between opening and closing of the valve to be opened and the valve to be closed is turned on.

Further, the bathtub water purification device of the present invention includes a circulation path for purifying bathtub water from the bathtub through one or more purifiers and returning to the bathtub, and a bathtub water heating means provided in the middle of the circulation path. In the purification device, during operation of the circulating water heating means,
A second aspect of the present invention is that the clogging of the purifier is automatically displayed when the rate of temperature rise of the bathtub water is below a certain level.
It is a feature of

According to the first feature above, even if the bathtub water purification operation is switched to the purifier backwash operation, the backwash pump must be operated only after the valves in the circulation path etc. have completely opened and closed. For example, since it is not driven, it is possible to reliably prevent backwash water from entering the bathtub through a half-open valve.

According to the second feature, when the circulating bath water decreases due to clogging of the purifier, the amount of water heated by the circulating water heating means decreases, and the temperature increase rate of the bathtub becomes higher than that during normal circulation. Since the temperature decreases significantly, it is possible to detect and display this when the rate of temperature increase is below a certain level. This display allows the user to know that the purifier has become clogged, and allows the user to effectively clean the purifier at an appropriate time.

With this configuration, after the electric valves (1) and (2) are completely closed, the introduction pressure of clean water is applied, so that the dirty water that has backwashed the hair collector 20 passes through the valve (V) to the bathtub side. There is no risk of intrusion. By driving the backwash pump P2, clean water washes the filter 30 from bottom to top as shown by the broken line arrow, and further flows from the three-way branch point B to the bypass path 3.
The liquid then enters the three-way branch point C, passes through the first discharge path 4, and is discharged to the outside. This prevents the hair collector 20 from being backwashed with initially dirty water. After this state continues for a while, the valve vS' is closed,
Valve 6 is opened. As a result, the water that entered the bypass path 3 from the three-way branch point B does not go to the first discharge path 4 side.
It enters the hair collector 20 from the three-way branch point, passes through the filter 21 from top to bottom, removes hair etc. adhering to the lower side of the filter 21, and then passes through the second discharge path 5. be discharged. Valve #1 is completely closed, so it does not go to the bathtub side.

.. P can heat the circulating water, but if the hair collector 20 is clogged, for example, the amount of circulating water in the bathtub decreases, resulting in a phenomenon in which the temperature of the bathtub water does not rise even over a long period of time. arise. That is, as shown in Figure 3,
When the circulation is performed normally, the temperature sensor S
For example, it takes T0 time for the temperature detected at sensor S to rise from Eo to E. However, when the circulating water decreases due to clogging, it takes longer than T0 time for the temperature of sensor S to rise from Eo to El. It takes much longer, 18 hours. In other words, when it is clogged, the rate of temperature rise is significantly reduced.
