- 固定環と、この固定環に当接配置される回転環
と、上記固定環又は回転環に押し付け荷重を付与
して固定環と回転環とを圧接させる弾性部材と、
上記弾性部材と固定環の間又は弾性部材と回転環
の間に介装されたリテイナと、上記リテイナと固
定環の間又はリテイナと回転環との間に形成され
た空間内に荷重伝達流体を収用してなる荷重伝達
部とを具備したことを特徴とするメカニカルシー
ル。
