Abstract

PURPOSE:To realize a contact force generating mechanism necessary for electrical connection with a simple structure by using both ends in a longitudinal direction of a long narrow strip of flat plate as electric end connection and making a long narrow slit like hole in a middle portion of both the ends of the flat plate, and bending the remaining of the flat plate at both sides of this slit-like hole with a curved surface in an opposite direction to each other. CONSTITUTION:A connector has an electric end connection at both ends in a longitudinal direction of a long narrow strip flat plate to form a termination 1 at the upper part and a contact 2 with a material to be connected at the lower part, and provide a slit hole 3 in the middle of the flat plate. The remaining portions at both ends of the slit hole 3 are bent like a curve in a direction that they perpendicularly intersect the flat plate and in a direction opposite to each other to make spring sections 4 which generate contact force necessary for electric connection. The connector is mounted such that the termination 1 and the contact 2 are engaged to a housing 1 and project from it, and the housing 5 is relatively supported by an appropriate mechanism in a relation with a section to be contacted 8. An upper end 7 of the contactor is pushed down to bend the spring section 4 so that a contact force is generated between the contact 2 and the section to be contacted 8. Thus, it is possible to obtain a contactor capable of generating a contact force necessary for electric connection with a simple structure.

(Prior art and problem to be solved by the invention) When making a good electrical connection using a connector, a certain contact force is required between the objects to be connected. Relocation involves multiple connections between old and new cables via terminal boards. In this case, in addition to attaching connectors to each terminal on the terminal board and performing temporary wiring, it is also necessary to connect each terminal to external equipment for testing. in this case,
In the old days, clips were used, but the number of terminals was very large and it took a lot of time to work, and the workability was poor. Also, even with block connectors, there were problems with the structure of the connectors, making them expensive. there were.

(Means for Solving the Problems) In order to achieve the above object, the present invention has electrical connection ends at both longitudinal ends of a strip-like flat plate, and one or more elongated strips in the longitudinal direction of the flat plate at an intermediate portion between both ends of the flat plate. The main feature of the connector is that a slit-like hole is provided, and the remaining portions of the flat plate on both sides of the slit-like hole are curved in opposite directions perpendicular to the flat plate surface, and the connector has a contact force generating mechanism. It is characterized by having the following at the same time.

Figures 1 (a), (b), (C) and (d) are views showing one embodiment of the present invention, where (a) is a perspective view, (b) is a front view, and (C) is a side view. , (→ is a bottom view. As shown in these figures, the shape of the connector is such that both longitudinal ends of the strip-shaped flat plate are the electrical connection ends, the upper part is the termination part 1, and the lower part is the connection part with the object to be connected. A contact portion 2 is formed, a slit-like hole 3 is provided in the middle part of the flat plate, and the remaining portions of both ends of the slit-like hole 3 are bent into curved surfaces in opposite directions perpendicular to the flat plate surface to make an electrical connection. The spring portion 4 generates the necessary contact force.
