Abstract

PURPOSE:To facilitate sticking and peeling and to make the rolled label member long by arranging a peeling layer on one surface that an adhesive layer abuts when a sheet type label material having the adhesive layer on the other surface of a base material is wound. CONSTITUTION:The adhesive layer 4 is arranged partially on one surface of the base material 3. Further, the peeling processing layer 5 is arranged on the other surface of the base material 3. The peeling processing layer 5 is arranged on the surface that at least the adhesive layer 4 abuts on the other surface of the base material when the sheet type label material 2 is wound. When a printed label material is prepared, printing processing is performed for the base material 3 previously and the peeling processing layer 5 is arranged on the entire surface 6 where the printing processing is performed or the part that the adhesive layer 4 contacts when the label material 2 is wound.

Detailed Description of the Invention (Industrial Field of Application) The present invention relates to a roll-shaped label material, and its purpose is to be able to make a long label material and to be able to attach and peel it extremely easily, thereby improving work efficiency. The purpose of the present invention is to provide a roll-shaped label material with extremely high quality.

(Prior art) Conventionally, label materials for writing on the front surface or label materials that have been printed on the front surface are made by applying an adhesive to the entire back surface of a base material such as paper or plastic film and temporarily attaching it to release paper. Sheet-like label material is commonly used.

Furthermore, in order to automatically attach label materials by machines on factory lines, there are roll-shaped label materials in which a base material coated with an adhesive is wound with a release paper interposed therebetween and cut for sealing.

(Problems to be Solved by the Invention) In conventional sheet-shaped label materials, adhesive is applied to the entire back surface of the base material, so air is easily trapped and wrinkles occur, resulting in poor appearance after pasting. In addition to being bad, it was also difficult to peel off the label material, so it was extremely difficult to reattach the label material neatly.

After pasting the label material, the label material becomes unnecessary and when peeling the label material from the adherend, since the adhesive is applied to the entire back surface of the base material, it takes time to peel off and it may be necessary to forcefully peel it off. This may leave glue marks on the adherend or damage the adherend.

In view of the above-mentioned circumstances, there has been a desire in the industry to create a roll-shaped label material that can be made into a long length, can be attached and peeled off very easily, and therefore has extremely high working efficiency.
