取付装置に関するものである。

従来、第1図に示す如く、キヤピネツト1の前
面バツフル板2に中底音用スピーカ3と高音用ス

は、ネジ5により4ケ所でバツフル板2に固定さ
れているが、気密性及び防振性を保つ為に、第2
図に示す如く、弾力性を有するスペーサ6が介挿
されている。前記スペーサ6は、紙やウレタン製
であり、キヤビネツト1内の空気が流出及び流入
するのを阻止して気密性を保つ役割と、外部振動
によりスピーカ4がバツフル板2と異る振動を
し、スピーカ4とバツフル板2との接触による異
常音を発生しない様にする防振効果とを付与する
為に配置されている。

振性に優れた部品の取付装置を提供せんとするも
のである。以下本考案の一実施例に基き、図面を
参照しながら説明する。第3図は本考案の一実施
例を示すもので、7はキヤビネットの前面に配置
されるバツフル板、及び8は該バツフル板7に、
ネジ9によつて取付固定されるスピーカである。
しかして、前記スピーカ8は、金属あるいは合成
樹脂製のフレーム8aと、該フレーム8aの背面
に一体に形成された、中央の高さが両端の高さよ
りも高い弓状のリブ8bとを備えている。その
為、スピーカ8をバツフア板7に取付固定する
為、ジ9を螺合していくと、前記リブ8bがバツ
フル板7の表面に食い込んでいき、バツフル板7
の表面とスピーカ8のフレーム8aの背面とが密
着する。従つて、キヤピネツト内の空気が外部に
流出したり、外部から流入したりすることはな
く、十分なる気密性を保つことが出来る。

取付固定するに際してネジを螺合していくと、リ
ブ8bがバツフル板に食い込み、しかも巾が最大
の中央部分8cの食い込み量が大となり、かつ前
記中央部分8cの応力が最大となるので、フレー
ム8aの背面が全周に渡つてバツフル板7の表面
に密着して気密性の保持が達成されるとともに、
スピーカがバツフル板に前記応力により強く固定
されるので、防振効果が向上するという利点を有
する。
