Such synthetic resin panels are used in an extremely wide range of products because they are easy to mold and color, and are inexpensive. Generally, either of the transfer means using a pot stamp or a transfer method using a pot stamp is adopted.

In addition, transfer materials for hot stamping are supplied by continuously printing characters and patterns on a thin base film wound around a roll, so they are suitable for mass production but not suitable for small volume production. In addition, since good and defective products coexist in the printed area, there is a problem in that it requires a considerable amount of time and effort to check them and to prevent erroneous transfer.

The desired characters and patterns are printed on a transparent polyester resin film. The film body (3) has a thickness of 381 mm.
It has a thickness of 1 to 0.251/l, preferably 100 to 200μ. In the illustrated embodiment, 180. film was used. The film body (3) is 38. Thicknesses below are undesirable because wrinkles will occur due to the heat and pressure during molding. Also, 0

The panel body (2) and film body (3), which appear as if they were printed directly on the panel body (2), are melted during injection molding of the panel body (2) in a mold described later. They are integrated by adhesion, and in this case, it is not preferable to use a bonding means such as an adhesive between the two because there is a risk of forming cloud-like stains in the transparent window hole (5). That is,
Both are integrally joined by only melt bonding without using adhesive or the like.

A cavity (13) for molding the panel body (2) is formed in the first mold (11), and a cavity (13) for molding the panel body (2) is formed in the first mold (11).
10) is provided with a protrusion (14) for forming an opening (6). In normal molding, the protrusion (14)
is formed in the second mold (11), but in this example it was formed in the first mold (10).Thereby, the film body (3) is inserted into the first mold (10). When mounting, the projections (14) can be inserted into the apertures (6) of the film body (3) to allow accurate positioning of the film body (3).

When the film body (3) is inserted into the mold (1o), the film body (3) is stuck in the recess (12) probably due to heat or electrostatic adsorption, but vacuum adsorption is not possible. Actually it's not necessary. It is believed that applying vacuum suction is effective when the film body (3) is particularly thick.
