せることを特徴とする二重棒状化粧料の製造方法である

本発明に用いられる化粧料用容器は、例えば第1図に示

て構成される繰り出し容器等である。スリーブ1及び中

属、合成樹脂等その如何を問わない、また、スリーブ1
の形状も円筒形、楕円筒形、角筒形部等その如何を問わ
ない。なお、繰り出し機構は、中皿2自体は回転するこ
となくストレートにスライド動するものが特に好ましい

輪化粧料の厚さのコントロールを容易にすることができ
る。すなわち、31〜4mmの厚めの外輪化粧料を形成
せしめるときは、例えば約10℃の冷風をスリーブ1の
側壁にあて冷却しながら中皿2を下降せしめ、0.2m
m〜0.5msの薄めの外輪化粧料を形成せしめるとき
は、例えば10〜15℃の冷風をスリーブ1の側壁にあ
て、同時にスリーブ1の上部口から80〜85℃の熱風
をノズル5により吹き込みながら中皿2を下降せしめる

た化粧料の容器へのセット時に該化粧料を傷つけやすい
及び成型の都度、金型を洗浄し、更に剥離材の処理をす
