て油槽16から油を循環させて高圧油を形成し、逆止弁

ラダ型アキュムレータ11と、前記高圧油給油ライン1

アキュムレータ11内のブラダ12には所定の圧力のN
2ガスが封入されていて、補機電源が供給される正常時

第1図の高圧油給油ライン10のほかに図示されない高
圧油給油ラインが並列に接続されていて、補機電源が正
常時における機械の起動または停止の際には、図示され
ない高圧油給油ラインから前記スラスト軸受8に圧油が
供給される。補機電源喪失時には、圧油ポンプ1及び駆
動モータ2が作動しなくとも、前記電磁弁13を開にし
て前記アキュムレータ11から圧油をスラスト軸受8に
供給できる。3は安全弁、9は前記高圧給油ライン10
の油圧を調整する圧力スイッチである。
ブラダ12内の油圧及びN2ガス圧力の調整は、安全弁
3によって行われ、アキュムレータ11が接続された高
圧油給油ライン10の両端には逆止弁5゜17が設置さ
れているので、アキュムレータ11からの洩油による圧
力低下は防止される。
また圧油供給時の最大供給に関しては、予め油流抵抗が
測定された固定オリフィス14を設定することにより調
整できる。
例えば必要最低圧力170kg/c+n” G、必要油
量121!、7分の軸受に対し、容積1001.最大使
用圧力250kg/cm2Gのアキュムレータボンベを
4本備えた場合、装置内ポンプからの圧力補給なしに約
6.3分間給油できる水車発電機の場合、高圧給油が必

から、この装置を使用するとポンプ1の駆動なしに連続
して主機を4〜6回安全に起動させることができる。
なお、補機電源が正常のとき、前記油圧ポンプ1を駆動
して高圧油を前記アキュムレータ11に蓄積しつつ、こ
のアキュムレータ11から高圧油を放出させて、前記ス
