へ単一極性の電源を供給する給電線と、上記チヤ
ージアンプへのアース回路に接続された導電性ケ

加速度センサにおいて、上記圧電素子に並列に接
続された前記チヤージアンプに一構成部品をなす
正の温度特性をもつコンデンサを使用することを
