下塗材上に接着し、ついで全面にアクリル樹脂等の主材
を吹き付は塗布した後、目地型紙lを剥がすと共に主材
乾燥後に透明なトップコートを施してして施工していた

第1図は塗装面を断面したもので、まず、粘着剤を混合
した粘着性下塗材4を建物壁面Kに吹き付は塗布する。
この粘着剤は、エマルジョン系アクリル共重合粘着剤を
用い、粘着剤:下塗剤を6:4の割合に混合する。なお
、下塗剤は従来下塗材と同じで、炭酸カルシウム、アク
リル系樹脂。
顔料及び稀釈剤から成るものである。
次に、目地型紙を貼るための墨出し線引きし、目地型紙
を下塗材4に貼るのであるが、下塗材4が既に粘着性を
有しているため、粘着剤を塗布していない撥水性目地型
紙5を使用し、単に下塗材4上に接着するだけでよい。
その後は、アクリルエマルジョン系スキン材料の主材6
を全面に吹き付けて目地型紙5及び下塗材4を被着する
。
そして、主材6が硬化する前に目地型紙5を剥すことに
よって目地型紙5の配置跡に下塗材4が露呈するのであ
る。このため塗装面は、主材6と下塗材4の色の目地の
形状模様となる。
さらに、目地清掃した後、その上から透明なアクリル系
クリアのトップコートを吹き付は塗布すればよい。これ
により、目地部となって露呈した粘着性の下塗材4がト
ップコート層で被着されるのであり、外から粘着するこ
とがない。
本例は前記のように構成したが本発明においてはこれに
限定されない。
例えば、粘着剤の素材は問わず、合成ゴム系のもの等で
もよい。
さらに、目地型紙の材質も適宜であり、撥水加工をした
紙の他、ヌチレン等のプラスチック或いはアルミ等でも
よい。
なお、目地型紙の形状も任意であり、塗装模様に応じた
形状であればよく、第2図のように形成してもよい。

本発明によると、次のような効果がある。
(1)下塗材に粘着剤が混合しているため、建物等の塗
装面に密着でき、このため主材との接着も強くなって主
材の剥れを防止できる。
(2)下塗材に粘着剤が混合しているため下塗材の弾性
が良好となり、構造的なりラックにも追従して水の侵入
を防止できるのである。
(3)目地型紙に粘着剤を付着する必要がないため目地
型紙を極めて安価に製造できる効果が大きく、従来のよ
うに台紙から剥離することを要しないことから下塗材へ
の接着作業を迅速にできるのである。この目地型紙をコ
スト安にできる効果が最大であり、粘着剤を使用しても
極めて低廉に施工できるものである。
(4)粘着剤によって下塗材が建物等の塗装面に密着状
態となっているため目地型紙を剥す際に、下塗材が一緒
に剥離することがなく、目地部の補修を不要にできる利
