Abstract

PURPOSE:To improve the adhesion of a joint pattern by applying a colored joint pattern under coating mixed with pressure sensitive adhesive to building wall, attaching joint pattern paper thereto, coating the pattern paper and the under coating with the main component of skin material entirely over the surface and removing the joint pattern paper. CONSTITUTION:An adhesive under coating material 4 mixed with pressure sensitive adhesive is sprayed to building wall surface K. A joint pattern paper is then applied to the under coating material 4. The joint pattern paper 5 and the under coating material 4 are thereafter sprayed with a main component 6 of acrylic emulsion skin material entirely over the surfaces for adherence to the wall. Before the hardening of the main component 6, the joint pattern paper 5 is removed. The joint thus formed is then cleaned and sprayed with a transparent acrylic clear top coat, thereby permitting the prevention of the separation of the main component.

This construction method is used to inexpensively create the appearance of porcelain tiles on the interior and exterior walls of buildings. Conventionally, after applying a base coat of the joint color to the painted surface, as shown in Figure 3, The joint pattern paper 1 having the adhesive 1a on the back side is peeled off from the mount 2 and adhered onto the undercoat material, and then the main material such as acrylic resin is sprayed on the entire surface, and the joint pattern paper 1 is peeled off and the main material is dried. A transparent top coat was later applied to the work, and as a result, the color of the primer material was exposed after the joint pattern paper 1 was removed, creating a tile-like pattern.

However, the conventional method has the following drawbacks. (a) The cost of the joint pattern paper becomes extremely high because it needs to be formed with an adhesive so that it can be peeled off from the backing paper, and
Since the paint was peeled off from the mount, the painting was done over a normally large area, and the peeling process was time-consuming. (El) Since it is a joint pattern paper with adhesive, when it is removed, the base coat material will come off along with it (missing part 3), as shown in Figure 4.
), and the repair thereof is troublesome. Therefore, the present invention provides a construction method that eliminates these drawbacks, improves adhesion, and has excellent strength.

For this reason, in the present invention, a joint color primer mixed with an adhesive is applied to the painted surface, a non-adhesive joint pattern paper is adhered on top of the applied adhesive primer, and then the main material is applied to the entire surface. After that, the joint pattern paper is peeled off and a transparent top coat is applied, thereby creating a structure in which a top coat layer is provided on the sticky joints.

Because the adhesive is mixed with the undercoat material, it can adhere closely to painted surfaces such as buildings, and even non-adhesive joint pattern paper can be easily adhered to the undercoat material. Furthermore, the joint pattern paper can be removed after application of the main material without removing the base coat, and the adhesive base coat is adhered by the top coat.

Embodiments of the present invention will be described below with reference to the drawings. FIG. 1 shows a cross section of a painted surface. First, an adhesive undercoat material 4 mixed with an adhesive is applied to a building wall surface K by spraying. This adhesive uses an emulsion-based acrylic copolymer adhesive, and the adhesive:undercoat is mixed at a ratio of 6:4. The undercoat is the same as conventional undercoat materials: calcium carbonate and acrylic resin. It consists of pigment and diluent. Next, the marking lines for pasting the joint pattern are drawn and the joint pattern is pasted on the undercoat material 4, but since the undercoat material 4 already has adhesive properties, the water-repellent joints are not coated with adhesive. It is sufficient to use the paper pattern 5 and simply adhere it onto the primer material 4. After that, the main material 6 of the acrylic emulsion skin material
The joint pattern paper 5 and the undercoat material 4 are applied by spraying on the entire surface. By peeling off the joint pattern paper 5 before the main material 6 hardens, the undercoat material 4 is exposed at the location where the joint pattern paper 5 was placed. Therefore, the painted surface has a shape pattern of the joints of the colors of the main material 6 and the undercoat material 4. Furthermore, after cleaning the joints, a clear acrylic top coat can be applied by spraying over the joints. As a result, the adhesive undercoat material 4 exposed as joints is covered with the top coat layer, and no adhesive will stick from the outside. Although this example is configured as described above, the present invention is not limited thereto. For example, the material of the adhesive is not limited and may be synthetic rubber. Furthermore, the material of the joint pattern paper is also suitable, and may be made of water-repellent paper, plastic such as Nutylene, aluminum, or the like. Note that the shape of the joint pattern is arbitrary, as long as it corresponds to the painted pattern, and may be formed as shown in FIG. 2. Furthermore, the colors of the undercoating material and the main material are also appropriate.

According to the present invention, there are the following effects. (1) Since the adhesive is mixed in the undercoat material, it can adhere to painted surfaces such as buildings, and therefore the adhesion to the main material is strong, preventing the main material from peeling off. (2) Since the adhesive is mixed in the undercoat material, the undercoat material has good elasticity, and can structurally follow the rack and prevent water from entering. (3) Since there is no need to attach adhesive to the joint pattern paper, the joint pattern paper can be produced at an extremely low cost, which has a great effect, and because it does not require peeling from the backing paper as in the past, the work of adhering to the base coat material can be done quickly. It can be done. This joint pattern paper has the greatest effect of reducing costs, and even if an adhesive is used, it can be constructed at an extremely low cost. (4) Because the adhesive adheres the base coat to the painted surface of buildings, etc., when the joint pattern paper is removed, the base coat does not come off along with it, which has the advantage of eliminating the need to repair the joints. big.
