  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 インピーダンス変化型の湿度センサ素子の近傍
    において、 前記湿度センサ素子（ＨＳ）と並列に、抵抗と
    ＮＴＣ素子から成るＴ型アツテネータ（ＡＴ）を
    接続し、 前記湿度センサ素子（ＨＳ）の温度特性を補償
    したことを特徴とする湿度センサ。
