Abstract
Description
本発明は、光源用のLEDに関し、主にカメラ用データ
写し込み装置の光源等に利用するものである。
〔従来の技術]
カメラ用データ写し込み装置は、その多くが光源とLC
Dの組合せによりフィルムへの写し込みを行なう方式を
とっており、光源としてタングステンランプ・LED等
を用いている。
更に装置を薄くする為に光路系の途中に反射鏡又はプリ
ズムを使用し、その先軸を90°屈折させている。
〔発明が解決しようとする課題]
前記の従来技術によるLEDを光源として用いたカメラ
用データ写し込み装置において、その横成よりLED・
反射鏡・光路系の反射防止形状と要素部品が多くなる問
題がある。また、LEDを実装する際の位置決め等、工

上記の問題点を解決するため1本発明の光源用LEDは
、そのモールド先端を45°にする事により反射鏡の代
用とし、又そのモールド側面にV字形の溝や吸光性材料
に塗布する事により乱反射防止とする。
〔実 施 例]
以下に本発明の実施例を図面に基づいて説明する。第1
図においてLEDチップ2はリードTt1[I3にマウ
ントされており、その電極面は反射による二次光源を防
ぐため平坦になっている。透明な樹脂で作られたモール
ドlの、リード電極と反対側の端面4は光軸に対し45
°の/i’1度を持つr照面であり、LEDチップから
放射された光は4の面で屈折される。
第2図は、第1図のモールドの側面にV字形の溝5及び
5′を設けである。これにより側面で反射する光はカッ
トされる。
また、第1図において光軸に平行な4つの側面に吸光性
塗料を塗布する事によっても、同様の効果が得られる。
同じく側面をナシ地加工しても効果がある。
第3図は、従来技術によるカメラ用データ写し込み装置
の光路系を示す、光源lOから出た光は反射防止の突起
を持つ光路11の中を通り1反射fn12t’90”M
度を変、tてLcDl 3を通り、フィルム14へ至り
、これを露光する。
本発明によれば、この10と11と12をひとつの光源
で兼ねる事が出来るものである。
【発明の効果]
本発明の光源用LEDは1以上に説明した様に一つの素
子で光源と光路と反射鏡の効果を兼ねる事が出来、コス
トダウンが可能となる。
更に、装置自体の厚みを薄くする事も可能となる。また
、光源と反射鏡の相互位置管理などの組立上の管理をす
る必要もなく1組立作業も簡略化される。従って、本発
明による光源用LEDを使ったカメラ用データ写し込み
装置も廉価で品質の良いものとなる。In order to solve the above problems, 1.
