Abstract

PURPOSE:To obtain a data imprinting device for camera whose cost can be reduced by making the shape of a mold a mirror surface whose end face of a side where is irradiated with light has an angle of 45 deg. with respect to an optical axis. CONSTITUTION:An LED chip 2 is mounted on a reed electrode 3 and the electrode surface thereof is made flat so as to prevent a secondary light source caused by reflection. The end face 4 of the mold 1 made of transparent resin on the opposite side to the reed electrode is the mirror surface having the angle of 45 deg. with respect to the optical axis. The light outgone from the LED chip is refracted on the surface 4 and arrives at a film. Then, the film is exposed. Thus, the effects of a light source, an optical path and a reflecting mirror can be obtained by one element and the data imprinting device for camera whose cost can be reduced is obtained.

The present invention relates to an LED for a light source, and is mainly used as a light source of a data imprinting device for a camera. [Prior art] Most data imprinting devices for cameras use a light source and an LC.
The method uses a combination of D to imprint onto the film, and uses a tungsten lamp, LED, etc. as a light source. Furthermore, in order to make the device thinner, a reflecting mirror or prism is used in the middle of the optical path system, and its tip axis is refracted by 90 degrees. [Problems to be Solved by the Invention] In the data imprinting device for a camera that uses an LED as a light source according to the prior art, it has been found that
There is a problem in that the number of anti-reflection shapes and component parts for the reflecting mirror and optical path system increases. Further, process control such as positioning when mounting the LED is required.

In order to solve the above problems, 1. The LED for light source of the present invention can be used as a substitute for a reflecting mirror by making the tip of the mold 45 degrees, and can also be coated with a V-shaped groove or a light-absorbing material on the side of the mold. This prevents diffused reflection. [Example] Examples of the present invention will be described below based on the drawings. 1st
In the figure, the LED chip 2 is mounted on a lead Tt1[I3, and its electrode surface is flat to prevent secondary light sources due to reflection. The end surface 4 of the mold l made of transparent resin on the opposite side from the lead electrode is 45 mm with respect to the optical axis.
It is an r illumination surface with a degree of /i' of 1 degree, and the light emitted from the LED chip is refracted by the 4 surface. In FIG. 2, V-shaped grooves 5 and 5' are provided on the sides of the mold shown in FIG. 1. This cuts the light reflected from the sides. Furthermore, the same effect can be obtained by applying a light-absorbing paint to the four side surfaces parallel to the optical axis in FIG. Similarly, it is also effective to process the sides with pear material. FIG. 3 shows an optical path system of a data imprinting device for a camera according to the prior art. Light emitted from a light source IO passes through an optical path 11 having an anti-reflection protrusion and undergoes one reflection fn12t'90"M.
The light passes through the LcDl 3 and reaches the film 14, which is exposed. According to the present invention, one light source can serve as the light sources 10, 11, and 12. [Effects of the Invention] As described above, the LED for a light source of the present invention can serve as a light source, an optical path, and a reflecting mirror in one element, thereby making it possible to reduce costs. Furthermore, it is also possible to reduce the thickness of the device itself. Further, there is no need to perform assembly management such as mutual position management of the light source and the reflecting mirror, and one assembly operation is simplified. Therefore, the data imprinting device for a camera using the light source LED according to the present invention is also inexpensive and of good quality.
