Abstract

PURPOSE:To enable even an unskilled engineer to effectively perform the final design by inputting the design conditions via the selection of items carried out through a sheet and the key operations on a keyboard and calculating the product performance to decide the propriety of this performance. CONSTITUTION:The intensity of an external panel is calculated by setting a sheet on a tablet 11. The type, the material, the structure, etc., of the panel are inputted by pointing the corresponding sections in the sheet with use of a stylus pen 12. Then the size of the panel is inputted via a keyboard 13 together with the value of the coefficient of wind force and the panel attachment conditions including the panel attachment height, etc. Then the sectional size of an area where the intensity is calculated is inputted. Thus a CPU 2 displays the allowable stress and the allowable flexion on a display device 3 and decides whether the result of calculation exceeds the allowable value or not to inform an operator of this deciding result. Thus the designing operations can be repeated with change of the designing conditions and the optimum design is effectively attained.

指示に従って条件値を入力するだけで自動的に強度を計
算し、適正か否かを判断することにより上記欠点を除去
し、熟練者でなくても効率的に行うことができるように
構成した外装パネル建材の耐風圧強度計算装置を提供す
ることにある。
