記溝部内には制動レバーの側部を該溝部底面およ
び昇降杆頂面に当接するよう横置挿入するととも
に、該レバーの中間部を該溝部側壁間に支架した
ピンにより枢支させ、該レバーはその回動起立時
にはレバー下端面により上記昇降杆を下降接地位
置に圧着保持可能に設定されたことを特徴とする
