Claims (1)
ーナーからのレーザ光を受光して、受光位置を検
出する水準面位置検出装置において、 標尺の長手方向に多数個が配列され、受光した
光量に比例した電流又は電圧を有する電気信号を
発生する光電素子と、これら光電素子からの電気
信号を受け前記電流又は電圧の値が最大となる光
電素子を検出する最大値素子検出手段と、各光電
素子の位置及び基準点の位置を記憶する記憶手段
と、前記最大値素子検出手段からの検出信号に基
づいて該光電素子の位置を前記記憶手段から呼出
し前記基準点との位置との差を演算する演算手段
と、前記差を表示する表示手段と、を備えた水準
