図において、３１，６３は支持部材、３７は回
転軸、３９，６１は蓋部材、４１はケーブル通路
、４３はケーブル案内部、４７は円板状カツタ、
４９はフラツトケーブル、５１は分割溝、５３は
拡幅部である。
