Not only does it cause damage, but it is also extremely dangerous if someone slips when standing on it.

ネツトが市販されている。 In order to prevent the rug from slipping or shifting, the rug may be fixed to the flooring material using double-sided adhesive tape, or a large mesh net made of thick cotton thread may be made. Anti-slip nets are commercially available that are coated with a molten synthetic resin such as vinyl chloride or polyester to give them a soft and elastic feel.

The disadvantage is that the chemical or physical interaction between the paint and the adhesive can cause discoloration or peeling.

いため高価であると云う欠点がある。 In the case of the latter type of net-shaped anti-slip net, the size of the mesh must be selected according to the application, and since the cross section is approximately circular, the anti-slip effect is poor, and the net itself tends to roll in parts. ,
Therefore, there are disadvantages in that the placed object is likely to shift and that it is expensive due to the large number of processing steps.

A non-woven flexible net-like member 1 is formed, and on the back side of each net branch part and cross part, a flange 4 that contacts the floor is formed at the side edge, and a recess 5 is formed with this flange. This is what I did.

The non-adhesive part collapses and becomes vacuum-adsorbed, eliminating slippage, and also acts as a cushioning material between it and the floor surface, providing a soft feel.

A flexible net-like member 1 is formed by non-woven molding with cross portions 3, and each of the net-forming branch portions 2 and cross portions 3 is flat on the back side and has a protruding edge 4 in contact with the floor only on the side edge. The concave portion 5 is formed by a parallel cross between the ridges and the ridges, and the surface side is formed into an arc shape.

せて滑りを防止する。 The anti-slip net of this invention has the above structure. When this net is placed on the floor or where a rug is to be placed, and the rug is placed on top of it, the top surface of the net forms an arc. Slight penetration of the rug into the local mesh 7 increases sliding friction, and when pressure is applied to the net through the rug, the flat surfaces 6 of the net-forming branches 2 and cross portions 3 form recesses 5 in the floor surface. The frictional resistance with the floor surface is significantly increased by vacuum adsorption or bending of the floor-contacting protrusion 4 while eliminating air inside the floor surface, thereby preventing slippage.

果を有する。[Effects of the invention] As described above, this invention uses soft synthetic rubber to form a non-woven flexible net-like member 1 with each net-forming branch part 2 and the cross part 3 where the net-forming branch parts cross. On the back side of each net branch and cross section, a ridge 4 that touches the floor is formed on the side edge to form a recess 5, so that the net itself will not roll even partially. When in use, the air in the recess 5 is eliminated and atmospheric pressure creates an adsorption force that increases the anti-slip effect. It is also moldable, so it is easy to process and can be cut to size. The cushioning property as a rug is due to the ground contact edge 4.
Therefore, the anti-slip effect is further increased, a soft feel can be obtained, the anti-slip effect lasts for a long time, and it can be provided at a low cost.
