Claims (1)
- スクリユ式真空ポンプ本体の吐出口から油分離
、回収器に至つた後、少なくとも油ポンプを経て
、上記本体内のロータ室、吸入口側軸受部および
吐出口側軸受部から上記吐出口に戻る油循環流路
を備えた油入りスクリユ式真空ポンプにおいて、
上記油循環流路の油ポンプと少なくとも吸込口側
軸受部との間に油ポンプ側から減圧弁とフラツシ
ユタンクを設けるとともに、このフラツシユタン
クの上部のガス空間部を上記ロータ室内の吸込口
とは遮断されたガス閉込み空間部に連通させるよ
うに形成したことを特徴とする油入りスクリユ式
真空ポンプ。
