Claims (1)
その接離方向に延びる挿通孔3を貫設した可動型
2と、前記可動型2から出没し得るように、その
挿通孔3内に挿入された一対のコア4とを備え、
両コア4の当接部分には、可動型2の接離方向と
ほぼ直交する方向に延出するアンダーカツト部A
を成形するための成形部9を設けた成形用金型に
おいて、 前記両コア4には、これが可動型2内へ没入し
たときに互いに当接した状態で挿通孔3に嵌合し
、可動型2から突出したときにその挿通孔3から
離脱する嵌合部8を形成するとともに、同挿通孔
3及び嵌合部8を同一の曲面状とし、さらに両コ
ア4には、これらが可動型2から突出したときに
前記挿通孔3の端部に当接することにより、両コ
ア4の当接部分に設けられた回動中心13を中心
として少なくとも一方のコア4を回動させ、前記
アンダーカツト部Aから成形部9を離脱させるた
めの作用面12を形成したことを特徴とする成形
