キユームブレーカ２を装着する形式の弁装置ユニ
ツトにおいて、弁装置本体１の出口部１４の上流
側に逆止弁４を設け、この逆止弁４の設置部から
離れた位置に流路１０に連通する雌ネジ部１１を
形成し、この雌ネジ部形成壁面と対向する流路壁
面に前記雌ネジ部１１と同軸の軸孔１３を形成し
、前記雌ネジ部１１に雄ネジ体２０を螺合させ、
この雄ネジ体２０に大気側に開放する弁座口２１
を具備させ、前記弁座口２１に対接する弁体３の
弁軸３１の先端部を拡大頭部３２とし、前記弁軸
３１にバネ３３を外嵌させてこのバネの一端を弁
体３に対接させるとともに他端を弁軸３１に移動
自在に外嵌する止環３４に対接させ、この止環３
４を拡大頭部３２によつて抜け止め状態に保持さ
せ、前記拡大頭部３２を軸孔１３に嵌合させた弁
