と、 前記第1のトランジスタのエミツタと第2のト
ランジスタのベースの間へ、電圧極性が前記第1
の抵抗と同一になるよう配された第2の抵抗とを
具備し、 前記第1のトランジスタは、前記電源のプラス
側へ接続される場合はPNP型を用い、電源のマ
イナス側へ接続される場合はNPN型を用いるこ
とを特徴とする電流制限回路。 2 前記第1のトランジスタのエミツタへアノー
ド側を、前記第2のトランジスタのベースへカソ
ード側が接続されると共に、前記第2の抵抗に対
して並列に配されたダイオードを具備することを
