検出装置に取付けられる位置検出用センサの取付
構造であつて、前記被検出装置の外周面と前記押
圧部材との間に弾性材で形成されたセンサホルダ
が介在され、該センサホルダにより前記センサが
包囲される形状とされ、前記止めねじの締付トル
クの作用するその一辺に締付力の逃げ溝が形成さ
れていることを特徴とする位置検出用センサの取
付構造。 ２ 前記センサホルダの締付側一辺の内周面が凹
部に形成され、前記センサに対する締付力がその
