- 薄金属板の複数個のシムと、前記シムに貼り合
わされる複数個の圧電素子と、前記各シムと前記
各圧電素子から構成される各バイモルフを接続す
る連結体とからなり、各シムの厚み寸法をそれぞ
れ変えた組み合わせ構成とした多関節状のセラミ
ツクアクチユエータ。
