Claims (1)
- 組立ラインの部品組付け位置に移動停止された
車体が前後方向及び幅方向に位置ずれしていない
か否か、前記車体がライン方向に対し回転ずれし
ていないか否かを検出し、その検出結果に基き前
記車体の部品組付け位置への正しい位置決めを行
なうようにした車体位置検出装置において、車体
一側部にある車体穴の中心位置を光学的に測定す
ることにより車体の前後方向位置を非接触で検出
する部品組付け位置の車体停止部側方に配設固定
された視覚センサと、車体側面の前後方向に離間
する少なくとも２箇所の車体面部を光学的に測定
することにより車体の幅方向位置及びライン方向
に対する前記車体の回転ずれを非接触で検出する
部品組付け位置の車体停止部側方に配設固定され
た少なくとも２個のレーザ変位計とを具備する構
成としたことを特徴とする車体位置検出装置。
