A device was developed in which the main body and cover were integrated and the connector main body was made into one component. In this connector, the contact members are simply inserted into through holes or comb-shaped grooves that are aligned and formed in the connector body, and the base portion of the signal terminal portion is inserted into the through-holes or comb-shaped grooves. engaged.

The direction is not restricted and it is in a state where it can be easily displaced when pushed. In addition, in the structure where the contact member is fitted into the groove, the position of the signal terminal part is regulated by the groove wall in the direction in which it is aligned, but it is not regulated in the direction perpendicular to this and in the vertical direction, and is pushed. It is in a state where it can be easily displaced. For this reason, the signal terminals are likely to become misaligned due to shocks and external forces received when handling the connector, and when the connector is mounted on a printed circuit board, the signal terminals may become misaligned, which may impede mounting. .

Here, the second contact member 4 is assembled in an elastically bent manner, and an elastic restoring force in the direction of arrow A is generated in the base portion 4c. In the base portion 4c, the bulging portion 4d is pressed against the vertical surface 2g- 1 of the convex step portion 2g and the lower surface of the tooth 2d due to the elastic restoring force, so that the base portion 4c moves in the directions of arrows X 1 and X 2 and in the directions of arrows Z 1 and Z 2 . The position of the direction is elastically regulated. As a result, the signal terminal portion 4b is connected to the bottom plate portion 2.
They are arranged linearly with a constant protrusion dimension from b.

Here, the first contact member 3 is also elastically bent and assembled, and an elastic restoring force in the direction of arrow B is generated in the base portion 3c. In the base portion 3c, the bulging portion 3d is pressed against the vertical surface 2h- 1 of the convex step portion 2h and the lower surface of the tooth 2d due to elastic restoring force, and the position in the arrow X 1 direction and the arrow Z 1 direction is elastically fixed. is regulated. When b is pushed in the direction of arrow X 2 , the bulge 3
e is locked to the vertical surface portions 2i- 2 and 2j- 2 , and the signal terminal portion 3b is restricted from displacement in the same direction. Also, when the first contact member 3 is pressed in the direction of the arrow Z 2 , the displacement of the signal terminal portion 3 b in the direction of the arrow Z 2 causes the bulging portion 3 e to move toward the concave stepped portions 2 i and 2 j of the adjacent teeth 2 d. When the pressing force is released, the signal terminal portion 3b is displaced in the direction of arrow Z1 and returns to its original position.

1はプリント回路基板上に支障なく実装される。 Therefore, the signal terminal portions 3b and 4b of the first and second contact members 3 and 4 are both shaped like arrows by the groove 2e.
Displacement in the Y 1 and Y 2 directions is restricted, and displacement in the arrow X 1 , X 2 , Z 1 , and Z 2 directions is restricted as described above, and the alignment state is maintained at a predetermined position. As a result, even if the connector 1 is subjected to impact or external force during handling, the signal terminal portions 3b, 4b
are not misaligned but are kept aligned, and the connector 1 can be mounted on the printed circuit board without any problem.

4c is inserted into the groove 2e from the entrance 2e- 1 side.
The inlet 2e- 1 has a tapered shape with a wider width on the inlet side, and the tip of the toothed part 2f is connected to the tapered part 2f.

d is guided by the slope 2g- 2 and climbs over the convex step 2g, and the bulge 3d of the base portion 3c crosses the slope 2h.

特長を有する。Effects of the Invention As described above, the connector of the present invention has a plug insertion part on the front side into which a plug is inserted, a main body having a comb-shaped part cut into the bottom plate from the back side, a contact part at one end, and other parts. It is an elongated plate-like body having a signal terminal part at the end, and the contact part faces the plug insertion part,
A connector comprising a plurality of contact members assembled into the main body in a bent state in which a base portion of the signal terminal portion is fitted into a groove of the comb tooth portion and protrudes downward from the bottom plate portion. The base portion of the signal terminal portion of the member is provided with a bulge portion that bulges out laterally above and below the teeth of the comb tooth portion in order to restrict free displacement of the signal terminal portion in the vertical direction. Since the connector is provided with a convex step portion that locks the bulge portion on the lower surface of the tooth and restricts the displacement of the signal terminal portion in the direction of the entrance of the groove, for example, the connector may be damaged during transportation. Even if the contact member is pushed due to rough handling, the signal terminal part will not be misaligned, and even when the connector is mounted on the printed circuit board, the signal terminal part can be moved horizontally and vertically. It has the advantage that it can be maintained in an aligned state in both directions and can be mounted without any problems.
