Abstract

PURPOSE:To prevent the release agent from transferring to the surface of an electric contact, and an electric contact from undergoing sulfide discoloration, by putting an Ag electric contact into a polyethylene bag before heat seal of the opening, and by putting the polyethylene bag as well as the drying agent into nylon polyethylene bag before heat seal of the opening to make double packaging. CONSTITUTION:An Ag electric contact is put into a polyethylene bag before heat seal of the opening, and this polyethylene bag as well as the drying agent are put into a nylon polyethylene bag before heat seal of the opening, thus making double packaging. Since an Ag electric contact is put into a polyethylene bag using no release agent, there is no deposit of release agent to the electric contact. Since this polyethylene bag as well as the drying agent are put into a nylon polyethylene bag of no ventilation, sulfidation due to hydrogen sulfide gas can be prevented. Since the inside polyethylene bag has ventilation, the drying agent included in the outside nylon polyethylene bag effectively acts on the electric contact in the inside bag, and there is no possibility of the deposit of foreign matters due to the direct contact of the drying agent with the electric contact.

との型離れを良くする為、コーン・パウダーなどの離型
剤を用いている為、袋表面に離型剤が付着している。従
って、この袋に電気接点を入れると、離型剤が電気接点
表面に転着し、種々の接点障害が発生する。
