- 垂直なマストに昇降枠が昇降自在に設けられ、
この昇降枠に水平動枠が水平動自在に設けられ、
この水平動枠にエンドレス駆動チエーンが１カ所
において枢着され、このエンドレス駆動チエーン
がマストの上下部に枢着されたホイールに掛け渡
され、前記昇降枠の設定高さ位置において、水平
動枠が水平動するように、エンドレス駆動チエー
ンの移動経路に水平移動区間が設けられている物
