針棒サポートに伝え、針棒を揺動させるようにな
つており、その揺動量、すなわち振巾の調整は手
動操作機構により上記操作レバーを介してスライ
ダーを調節函に沿つてスライドさせ、揺動中心ま

考案が解決しようとする問題点

の揺動がロツドを介して針棒に影響し、針棒を微
動させるのは避けられず、その結果、きれいは直

が高位面より離れないように形成され、しかして
カム溝他端部は追従子8が径方向の動きを行い得
ないようにされる。追従子8は針棒サポート9に
一側を固着した倒L形のアーム10端に固着して
あり、ジグザグカム2のカム面変化を針棒サポー
ト9に伝え、該サポートに上下動可能に支持され
ている針棒11を左右に振らす。図中12は針棒
サポート9を図の時計方向に不勢するバネで、こ
れによりアーム10を介して追従子8がジグザグ
カム2に弾接されるようになつている。14は針
板である。なお針棒の上下動は主軸1に連動して

考案の効果

もかかわらず追従子を針棒サポートに一体に設け
ることができ、したがつて追従子の動きを直接針
棒サポートに伝えることが可能となる。また更に
振巾0では追従子は動かないので、針棒が微動す
ることがなく、したがつてきれいな直線縫いを得
